The girl who makes the appointments (receptionist) seems to be always upset, she responds rudely

Stylist: Para empezar tome una foto a la fachada para enviarla a mi novio y mostrarle donde estaba y la chica de la recepción se molestó por haberlo hecho preguntándome porque lo había hecho, cosa que nunca entendí pero preferí dejarlo así, luego la atención de la manicurista fue buena sin embargo estaba empezando y no sabía mucho lo que hacía, aunque le expresé mi disgusto con su trabajo dijo que si tenía razón pero yo “era nice “ y que estaba bien, pasó una semana y ya se arruinó el trabajo así que espero una llamada del gerente para coordinar un arreglo con una chica con experiencia o mi reembolso ! Gracias espero pronta respuesta !

I don't recommend it, you're going to pay $40 for hands and feet.
and in 20 minutes they end up with poorly groomed hands and feet, there is no good hygiene.
It is a factory and the treatment is not good.
What can you expect your feet and hands to do in 20 minutes?
Don't waste your money, pay a little more somewhere else that gives you better service.

I went to this location in Doral and they gave me a beginner who gave me a terrible manicure and pedicure. Customer service is average.

Today I went to Menta y Canela at 10462 NW 31st Terrace Fl 33172. Yeni treated me with excellent service, very friendly, good work, even a mini massage on my feet, fabulous ? I'm sure when I return I will ask her to treat me again. I 100% recommend it ?. It is located at the end of the right side next to Margarita, also super nice.

Front desk employees lack customer service skills; they'll try to asign appointments to their own convenience, name it friends and family, they have the nerve to hang up the phone on you; definitely third world class service.

How much is a manicure worth when they pay attention to the work and the client instead of spending 45 minutes on the phone chatting while they work on you and get angry when you ask them to check how your work is turning out? Can you ask for a discount or not pay? 45 mib listening to someone else's conversation and the administration doesn't even flinch? Thank you..not everyone does a good job!!!

My experience with Samantha at the front desk was deeply disappointing. He demonstrated extreme disrespect, failed to provide basic information, and ignored my questions. Additionally, his disrespectful treatment of his coworkers, including rude gestures and raised voices, created an unpleasant atmosphere. Overall it was the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

The receptionist's attention is very bad. He does not look at the face and does not respond to either the greeting or the farewell. The manicurist who treated me did not offer any help in choosing the color I wanted. Complete lack of empathy. I do not recommend it

I am very happy to be a satisfied customer of Menta & Canela on NW 31 Street, especially for Michelle's exceptional treatment, always attentive and very cordial, always seeking to accommodate the clients' needs. On this occasion I also want to thank Margarita who assisted me today with excellence, speed and great efficiency. I would like to make a very important recommendation: when are they going to offer that delicious coffee that they offered a couple of years ago? Well I still maintain that I am very satisfied, but please don't forget the coffee...?

Personal del front desk muy descortés, si necesitas una cita, nunca te van atender la llamada y si te atienden luego cuelgan la llamada, básicamente se hace imposible hacer una cita con tu Manicurista. En dos oportunidades se han equivocado dando las citas y hemos estado dos clientas esperando para que nos atienda la misma Manicurista a la misma hora. En otra oportunidad una clienta canceló su cita tenía el mismo nombre que yo la dejaron anotada a ella y me cancelaron a mí, es un desastre como llevan la agenda y después tú llegas puntual a tu cita y te tiene que atender cualquier otra Manicurista. Conclusión no vuelvo más !!!
