What a bad job the people who work in this place do, I don't know if it's because of pressure or what's happening. I went to get a pedicure, the girl lasted 13 minutes with me, I only cut my nails and I don't clean them other than I paint them, everything was so badly painted that I had to go home to take it off.
It is not the first time I have gone to this place, I have gone with several people and in the end it is the same. Appalling

The worst attention from the administrative staff. I called, made an appointment and asked for my daughter to be seen, they told me that I couldn't make an appointment but they could see her when a manicurist was free. When she got free, they didn't let me take care of her and they treated us very badly. My daughter is 5 years old, I can't understand how there can be people who don't have the
Respect and empathy to be able to serve their clients and especially a girl who was waiting for 2 hours to be served. The worst experience I have ever had in my life. Please do not enter that place.

Worst place ever!!! If you want to wait 3 hours to get your nails done then this is the place. I walked in and was told to wait 5 minutes, I ended up waiting 35 minutes so I left to go next door to the medspa for about 15 mins and they said they would be ready then. I come back and they said they would be ready in 2 minutes, when another lady began to complain saying she was told she was going to be seen earlier and wasn’t. They ended up seeing her and told me to wait longer. I waited another 15 minutes and was still not seen. I ended up leaving because of the disorganization, very disappointed.

TERRIBLE ATTENTION. Today was my first time there, I went for an Instagram ad. Even though the girl who helped me did a good job. I asked the lady at the entrance (who apparently is the manager) if she had refrigerators with water, so I could buy it myself, I wasn't even asking and she answered VERY RUDELY that what they had was a filter that stops I was asking for a refrigerator and he couldn't even give me a glass.
The girl who was doing my nails realized how rude she was and got me some water herself.
It's incredible how bad attention sends you running from a place, I'm breastfeeding and that makes me very thirsty. I think that lady doesn't know that no one is denied a glass of water. He lacks too much education. Poor dear…
If you want good attention girls, I recommend Palma Nails a thousand times.

I went to this place on the recommendation of other people but terrible service, literally they only filed, cut and painted, and they didn't even paint well, cheap is definitely expensive.

Between mint and cinnamon. I have been a customer for 3 years now. I have gone to several locations including the one in Coral Gables and the one on 97th Ave in Doral. 10/10 I recommend Denise.
