The reviews must be bought because there is no way this store can have 5 stars when their bracelets break after 2 months.
They don’t want to replace it after the 30 days. They say they are sorry and offer you to purchase another bracelet 50% discounted but why would I when the bracelet already broke after such a Short time. The bracelet costs 60$ so it shouldn’t break this easy.
Poor costumer service.
They should definitely replace or at least fix the broken one because now I have the choice to either pay more for something that broke (not due to my fault, but due to quality), or get something else and throw my old one away (would definitely expect more from a store that promotes positivity and good vibes).

I recently bought a very nice piece. To my surprise, when I asked if they were waterproof, they told me no. A piece that at a discount cost almost $100 should be waterproof

I had an amazing experience shopping here, Emily was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my visit truly enjoyable.
The atmosphere of the store was welcoming and peaceful, creating a positive shopping experience.
