I had an appointment today that was confirmed yesterday with a reminder call. I got to my appointment & no one was there. Finally 5 minutes late the person showed up with shopping bags. She then said she didn’t take my insurance which I was advised they did. Then she told me she couldn’t take me because she had another appointment booked at the same time. & she wouldHave to reschedule.

This place is all around horrible. The service, the prices, the time to receive the new glasses.But the worst area is the "hire for contract" optometrist. Not only she did a terrible job with my prescription but this condescending "optometrist" has the audacity to demand an additional payment to correct her mistake. You deserve a negative star. I will add the optometrist s name here shortly.

The store does not deserve even 1 star. Glasses are overpriced. An ordinary glass costs 450 doller. I was told that i would get 50 percent discount on my total purchase. Think… does that glass originally costs 900 doller then? They are fooling people. Wait time was 2 hours. I received a call as my glass was ready last week. I went there on saturday. They were closed as some emergency came up.

Worse service ever. Delay in the production of prescribed glasses. Cancellation of active orders. Once the glasses arrived the crystals were switched. They call you saying your prescription is ready and then is a lie. Costumer service just saying Sorry, but nobody responsible!!!

This was my first time here and my first eye exam in YEARS. (probably ever, if I remember correctly) The optician was straight to the point. I got in for my exam right away and got out of there within 20 mins or so. She knew exactly what she wanted/needed to do and when, so we didn't waste anytime sitting around. I liked that. Immediately after, I received my prescription and picked out my glasses. I recommend them over LensCrafters nearby.

My review has nothing to so with the medicine or optical examination done by their physician. I went there last Tuesday, did my exam and ordered contacts.. And I was told they would be in next Tuesday .. Which I thought was quick and convenient. I actually went there on Wednesday, one day later than the promised date to pick them up. Online they are advertised as being open till 6:30pm, I rushed from work arrived there at 6:05pm for them to be closed ... There was another family there too that was quite upset that they weren't open. So I go today (Thursday )at 3pm and am told my contacts are not in and it takes 7-10 business days, this was NOT told to me when I ordered them. I also asked what time they close they said 5pm.. Why are they advertised on several sites including googles as clapping at 6:30pm? So I went out of my way to drove there for the second time for nothing. The front desk needs to be more upfront and have better communication ... Her excuse was we didn't call you.. Well I didn't know they would call me considering I was told they would be there two days ago specifically when I left my exam one week ago.
