Worse service ever. Delay in the production of prescribed glasses. Cancellation of active orders. Once the glasses arrived the crystals were switched. They call you saying your prescription is ready and then is a lie. Costumer service just saying Sorry, but nobody responsible!!!

JC Penney optical is a misleading place that's why they get one started view they "d me a price over the phone and when I get here they change the price almost double it total waste of 45 minutes of my time plus 20 minute drive
