I guess it depends on who answers the phone if at all. Time sensitive insurance matter was not met. Been waiting on a call back for days. Same thing happened last year at renewal time. I have to call the insurance company directly tomorrow morning to resolve. I

I've worked w several agents in the officeand there is a difference. One was great theother not so much. Not into calling peopleout as it may affect them which is not myintent but believe the agency could do amuch better job as it pertains to customerservice and timely response. Have my home & auto with them. Literally ended up calling the insurance company during the renewal process for both policies because I was not able to get a response from the agency. Been with them for 5+ years but possibly time to look elsewhere.
