The Emergency Room Team was Exceptional today 9/23/2024. The pediatric doctor - Dr. Arel was very thorough with his medical opinion and attention to detail when it came to my toddler. He addressed all of my questions and concerns, was extremely patient and knowledgeable in every subject matter regarding children their proper development. I went in with my 4 y/o son at or around 11 am who eventually tested positive for flu A and I must say the doctor was phenomenal. He made sure we knew the pros and cons of the medication and made sure it was sent to the correct pharmacy. Very quick check in and overall experience. Dr. Arel really is an asset to this organization!

I want to thank God for giving us a new opportunity, the Rescue staff, and above all, thank you to the entire wonderful medical team, cardiologists and nurses at Jackson West Center Hospital for all their attention and such careful treatment. Very professional and very clean and modern all the facilities. Thank you for saving lives.

This was the worst hospital stay of my life. From triage to discharge, with the exception of the ER doctor and nurse, it was a complete horror show. There was never a sense of urgency as I bled to death in the waiting room. The people at intake were unable to understand me and knew no medical terms. When I had to be admitted and sent upstairs, I was told I was going to be seen by a doctor but never was. A lot of conflicting information. There was no gynecologist on staff in the entire hospital. The nurse told me that next time I should make sure the hospital has the staff I need. I could go on with my horrific traumatizing experience. Stay away from this hospital.

They don't even deserve a star, the attention is super terrible, they leave you waiting and they work super hard, they seem like veterinarians, they treat you like an animal, this looks like a vacant lot and they leave you stranded and treat you like you were a dog, the important thing here is to get paid The nurses seem like they are in a lot yelling things at each other from end to end. Take your work seriously or if you are going to do it wrong, don't do it, I will never come here again in my life, I myself had to remove the IV needle ? ??

My 75-year-old father arrived with a severe urine infection, with a high fever, they kept us in the waiting room for at least 2 hours waiting to be treated. This hospital is a complete disaster. The hours of waiting are endless, then inside it took 7 hours to transfer him to a room and there the wait continued, the nurses in general line without any type of training, I don't know where they did their studies?? There he spent 2 days without receiving the appropriate treatment because they were waiting for the blood results, do you think it is normal that they spend 48 hours waiting to see what treatment to apply to the patient? They only want to keep the patient for several days without offering any adequate treatment, all to get more money from insurance. If you don't want to have a frustrating experience, avoid this place at all costs.

My sister was hospitalized from Monday until yesterday, September 4, she was in room 5119, the care was excellent, the PCT Jose Dominguez and the nurse Vladimir were excellent, the entire time during their night shifts they were attentive, they are very good, God bless them

I have never NEVER been to a hospital in which a patient is transported for an exam or imaging and it’s left in a hall way to their own devices. This is ridiculous unsafe and unprofessional. This is our second experience in this hospital and we DID NOT want to go back because of their neglectful and rude staff and now this. We had to come against our will because it was a 911 response and that was the closest emergency room. Do better. Suck modern facilities for a subpar service.

No communication at all with the relatives. My mother in law was there for about a week. I was her proxy because my wife passed 10 yrs ago. I live far from Miami but I try to maintain communication with the facility. I say try because most of the times I called I could not talk to anyone. Yesterday the 23rd about 3pm was the last time I spoke to the nurse. She told me she wasn't doing too good but she will call me if anything changes. After that I called again about 830 pm but no one answer at the floor. This morning I called at 530am and also no answer. Finally around 10am I spoke to a supervisor and he told me she passed away on the 23rd at 430pm. He also told me that they try to contact me but I didn't answer which is not true. Terrible experience with this facility. I would say the worse I had since I've been the person in charge of my mother in law.

The Pediatric supervisor should have her licensed removed. She is absolutely awful and negligent. Do not come here!!!!

The entire staff and Doctors were amazing. Rooms are huge and the food was delicious. Excellent experience!

My experience is negative, I just went through a super difficult time, my husband lost a finger due to a work accident, and we went to that hospital, it is incredible that in this country there is a health professional with such unprofessionalism and bad attitude towards One patient, according to nurse Carolina Vázquez, was not an emergency so we had to wait three days for a surgeon to assist him. A person with bleeding was not even able to apply first aid. He treated us in a very bad manner. People like these diminish respect for that type of institution.
