"I am a Board Member of an Association that has been managed by J&M Condo. Management for the last several years. I am very satisfied with the method of service they provide to our community. The phone calls are always answered, if not right away within the same day. The bills are always paid on time. Never had a bill late; which is amazing considering that we are not the only building they represent. I will be very happy to recommend them to any community association who is looking for a responsible and hard working management company."

Had a title issue with a Condo that J&M manages. Liset was Amazing. She not only responded promptly, but made sure to keep me informed and followed up (without me having to ask). She went above and beyond. Title issue resolved and I can only say this kind of service is rare. Great Job Liset, You are appreciated!!

G&M Condo Management Co are the best in South Florida.I own a condo for more than 8 years in Bayswater court. They send their customers every single month letter of you bills promptly. They answered they phones immediately and help if it is any issue. They worked for condo residents. Thank youH

They do not realize customer service is key to survival now a days. I had the phone hung up on by Lisset who’s the office manager even though I always treat them with respect and kindness.

We are an association located in *****************. J&M Condo. Management has been managing our Association for the past 9 years. I find their customer service to be one of the best. I can always count on them for support in getting our 5 buildings what they need. Whether it's getting estimates or coordinating meetings with Miami Dade, they are always on top of everything. We are also very satisfied with the accounting part. I love that they mail a statement every month to owners. It helps remind them about the payment. They never forget when to send the first or second notices of the annual meeting and they are excellent with the preparation of our budget. We highly recommend them to any Association.
