I can't help but tell you that I haven't met such professional, accomplished people with an unsurpassed work ethic for a long time. At levels that I am not only happy with the quality and the price but even more so with the fulfillment of the date, they delivered earlier than indicated, that speaks of their ethics. The installers from my prospective is they just threw the shelves in regardless of position so all top shelves were placed so high its like if u didn't move them down (some had pin holes to move down nevermind it was just maybe an inch or two or if u got luck u could drill ur own holes but that would probably cancel ur warranty

I received a certified letter from Nationwide Notice referencing this company and work order 10806532 and so I called them and spoke to a rude lady named Ruth who was totally unhelpful and who hung up on me when I tried to explain the situation. I do not know this company, I am NOT having work done on my home and to receive a certified letter that this company authorized appears to be a scam so I am reporting to the Florida Attorney General's Office immediately.

250$ to come see what’s happening, 460$ to come repair an install they made 3 years prior. They charge you 100% in advance and then try to cancel your appointment several times. The worst.

So far really not having good service with Italkraft. Takes weeks to get a response from a rep, I went to their other location hoping that another rep will be any better and it’s same. It’s been over a month now I am trying to schedule something or to get answers. If my condo would not already have their brand I would def not use them. Also the closet I have is not that great of quality. A step up to ikea.I never had any issues with my previous cabinet company snaidero, day and night in customer service and quality. I would definitely shop around.
