“Booked room, specifically asking if I could leave my car for a week. I was told yes, first 5 days free anything after that $10 a day. Confirmed a 2nd time about parking told it would be set up at front desk, I could not pre-pay. Arrived and Front desk told me I had to have bought package for special price. Where is this special package? I was charged the whole week of parking, after inquiring before hand! Bad customer service.”

“This was one of my best hotel experiences at a Hilton property. Angela, Giancarlo, and Stevie went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service. The International Mall is a short walk away but the shuttle bus also provides transportation within a 5 mile radius. Parking is also complimentary which is a plus. I will definitely stay there again when visiting Miami!”
