9 years living in Miami and I kept going back to NY to get my hair done until my wrist surgery led me to Jorge. I started with just roots and blow out and in no time progressed to highlights, cut… everything! He told me I wouldn’t go back and he was right!! He does what I ask, offers his advice and always does an excellent job!! I love the ease of scheduling online and my appointments are always on time. I never have to wait. If I had to provide constructive comments, it would be on the appearance of the salon. It could certainly use a makeover too!

The place is in Doral which is a pretty upscale area so the prices are extremely high and yet the salon looks like a dollar store salon. Walls are dirty and I looked up and the air conditioner was filthy ! The stations have broken draws and when you look down the walls are gross ! Needs painting! Place is falling apart. They increase the prices all the time and yet the salon does not match their prices! Place needs a make over to represent and justify the PRICES increasing ! Unfortunately I am at a point of not using this HAIR CUTTERY any longer even if it means leaving my hair stylist Which will be very painful to me ! FOR THESE PRCES I CAN GO TO BRICKELL TO A NICE LUXURIOUS SALON ! I hope they do something about this place instead of Continuing to increase prices and NOT INVEST IT in the salon!

Would not recommend this place, workers with an attitude and $25 plus tip for a simple 10 minute hair cut, poor customer service is bad business.

Great service at this Doral location and I can always get the appointment time and date I need. I am a weekly client. Personnel is great but the salon needs sprucing up. I’ve been going for 6 years and haven’t seen any cosmetic changes to this location.
