We were confused at finding the place, however a guy was passing by and help us. Find the Karma sign, make a lef and then left again, after that just wait on the line and respect other people turn. If you have an appoinment forget about it, just be on time and line up!Excellent service, the entrance is a little bit tight, fast, eficient, respecful, clean, easy to Park.Our appoinment was at 4:00am, by the 4:43am they done! At that moment not traffic, so driving in Miami was awesome.Thank guys, you really do a great

Be aware entrance is 1400 NW 100th Ave original address will take you to front office entrance. You need shipping and receiving entrance.

The reviews don’t reflect my experience. I went to the 999 truck entrance address and it was box trucks so I went to the original address and found the truck gate. They are next to each other so it’s no problem either way. There were cones blocking the way and I walked to the docks and they helped me. No line of trucks. Nothing going on. Sent to a door around the building. Easy backing. 6am app. Maybe depending on your truck, app time and what your delivering you will have a different experience.

Definitely start unloading and letting drivers through the gate at 4am. However, if you're early, they'll work you in( had me in a door 515am appointment was at 8am). Took them 20 minutes tops to unload

READ READING READ,there’s a unwritten rule that nobody knows but the drivers that deliver there regularly ,1.9990 North 14 street is the address for the delivery which will take you around back to the gate for big trucks2.If you have a 4am appointment and get there early and see all the trucks lined up,just fall in line because all trucks have a 4am appointment it’s because that’s when they open ,3.Also it’s no legal overnight parking there the trucks pretty much line up on the suicide lane late at night4.When they get through taking the freight off your trailer drivers pull up just enough to shut their doors,and wait at the door you got unloaded at for your paperwork5.Once you get a door they unload you pretty fast they don’t play around, but the key is knowing those unwritten rules

Was reading reviews. May be they change employees. I got a 5 star experience. Appt at 6. 5:55 gate was open. All trucks in a line were signed to doors. 7 am - i was out of warehouse. ? all was perfect

They work from 4am to 10am to unload you they say they'll unload you early 1 minute and make you wait for an appointment time the next minute. Dirty people work here, avoid this place if you can
