One of the best purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. David M was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Not once did I feel he was trying to oversell anything but listened attentively to what I needed and found exactly the shoes that satisfied the requirements. He was knowledgeable about the different models and each of their advantages and disadvantages. I will return for my next shoe purchase.

I was recently trying to buy shoes with my boyfriend at the Foot locker in Doral international mall. Store associate Naomi kicked me out because I wasn't wearing a face mask when it clearly stated on the website that customers where not required to wear facial coverings in states that the mask mandate has been lifted. Governor Desantis raised the mask mandate in florida so I don't understand why Naomi thinks it's okay to kick me out while my boyfriend and I were buying shoes. I had to wait outside while he made his purchases. Naomi on the other hand was in there on her phone and her own mask was lowered under her nose and even under her chin at times. Extremely unprofessional and rude.
