To begin, my wife and I purchased a high-rise condo, and it required complete renovation. To begin such a project, we started with the overall design for new kitchen cabinets. For several months, we visited various upscale cabinetry centers. We were shocked by the price of custom kitchen cabinetry, often in the range $30K-$50K. Also, we were surprised to find that the majority of custom cabinets are assembled in Europe and shipped to USA. For this high price, it took about four months to complete from order date. Then, we walked into Florida Design Center, which is comprised of multiple companies that together can accommodate kitchen and bath plumbing, cabinets, and accessories. We met with Dayana, and she explained that Florida Kitchen Cabinets was a company that used the same quality cabinet panels, imported from Spain. But they did the custom cutting and cabinet assembly here in Miami. This lowers their cost significantly. Similar to the other import cabinet centers, we spent about an hour with Dayana, and we designed our kitchen. Indeed, her total cost came out about half that of all other quotes we had received. From their floor samples, it was completely apparent that these cabinets were identical, if not much better than those we saw in the much higher priced centers. With a small deposit of $700, Dayana printed our design and let us go home and think about it, in case we wanted to make any changes. During this time, someone came and took all the measurements. Indeed, we came up with changes, and surprisingly again, the additional costs were much lower than expected. So, we put down the 50% deposit (minus $700) and initiated the order. Indeed, the cabinets were completed and ready for installation within four weeks. The installation process was amazing. Eddy and his helper delivered an incredible amount of big heavy boxes to the high-rise condo and placed them in the middle of the floor. Within three days, they placed all of the cabinets. Next came the quartz countertops and backsplash. Installation of countertop and backsplash is where the rough patch began. First, something went wrong with the initial pour of the backsplash. No problem, a week's delay. When the backsplash and countertop arrived the following week, it turned out that the wrong template was used for cutting the sink hole. This was extremely frustrating for us. Our designer, Dayana, was equally disappointed, and she went to all lengths to get everything resolved to our satisfaction. There may be some internal issues. But, this company owned up to everything they promised. To her credit, everything was corrected. Just before moving into our newly renovated condo, my wife and I realized we needed a custom built tall, double utility cabinet. Although my wife was still upset from the countertop-backsplash mishap, we agreed that there was no better place to go other than ordering from Dayana. I sent her the measurements. In one day, she designed the cabinet, and returned the drawings for approval. Within a week, this tall utility cabinet was ready for installation. As before, the cabinet delivery and installation went without a hitch. Big thanks to Pablo, who after assembling the tall cabinet, he gave complete inspection, and made small adjustments to all the doors and hinges on all the other kitchen cabinets previously installed. Now, it has been two months since we moved into the new condo. We have had numerous plumbers, electricians, painters, and other skilled workers coming for various jobs. All of them ask where did you get these cabinets?! When I tell them the price, they all could not believe. Most impressive, they all pointed out the high quality, thick plywood used for the cabinet boxes. Also, the high gloss finishes on the doors are so shiny, as well as very resistant to chipping. Most important, my wife and I are so happy with the cabinet design and overall functionality. My husband and I have been in the process of remodeling our kitchen and powder room. We were recommended to check out the show room at Florida Plumbing, and I am so happy we did! The sales person was very patient with us (I wanted everything to be perfect), and we ended up finding a wonderful bathroom vanity, and my required black and silver appliances for the kitchen (stove top oven and the sink with a beautiful faucet we are installing into our island). They definitely have a large selection of kitchen and bathroom appliances, as well as cabinets and flooring, which I hadn't been aware of! I can't wait until everything is installed and finished, I'm very excited to see how everything turns out. Overall, highly recommend this store to anyone who is in the process of building or remodeling! Very helpful staff and gorgeous products!

I've been planning my bathroom remodel forever and driving by this place for even longer. Can't say how happy I am that I finally made the decision to stop and go in. This place has so many styles. And they can order just about anything for you. I brought in pictures of what I envisioned and the salesman showed me around and gave me some great suggestions. My bathroom is halfway done (will post a picture when it's complete) and i know it's going to be amazing. Everything was delivered on time and is perfect! The prices were great on all but one item (which they offered to match - yay!), so I'm a happy camper.

My wife wanted a new bathroom and they're in a great location with other home decor and remodeling showrooms so we thought this would be a great place to start. The options were outstanding and the prices were good. The manager personally showed us around the showroom and gave us some really good ideas for redesigning our bathroom. The best part is that we were able to find everything we needed there including all the fixtures and furniture, so I didn't have to go anywhere else which I thoroughly appreciated!

Not Recommended!!! I bought their sinks , toilets etc. The first part of the order I got was on time. When I went to pick up the other part of my order after I confirmed with them that they have everything a day before over the phone. When I got there they gave me the parts. Lucky me I was checking the order I got and find out they gave me different brands of parts and told me that this what they have and i need to wait another week for the right part!!! I end up making refund and with a big delay for my project. I wont shop there again or recommend to do business with this company.

This place have a very nice and modern show room , plenty staff , friendly and nice so When we stopped in at this place , we thought our kitchen would be in good hand. The kitchen was Ready in a week as they promise. When they start installing the kitchen they realize they had the wrong measurements so they took the cabinets back. Next day they showed up with correct measurement which fit in our kitchen but wrong design that the one we had chosen. They took them back again and the next day they actually started the installation. Well , kind of right because it does not fit exactly in our space but at this point we had given up . To deliver the counter top it took them a week . I was not at home when they install it so when I came home from work I realized the top was the wrong color . Of course, we talked to them but at this point nothing could be done. The last step were the handles . After a couple a day they came with the wrong amount and type of handles so we had to wait 3 more day for them to get the right one and the kitchen finally was completed. On the good side , the installer was always very helpful and understanding. But the most important thing is that after all the nightmares we never heard an apology or compensation for the disaster . Be careful if you have in mind using this company for any work in the future.

Stay away from this place for kitchen cabinetry. Cheap, horrible customer service, horrible installation. Was promised installation on 1/12/2015 and kitchen is still not done. Missing pieces, badly cut trims, incomplete kick boards, drawers misaligned and don't close right, etc etc etc. Rep keeps canceling last minute after saying they'll be by to correct problems. Moving in on Tues and kitchen is still incomplete.
