Absolutely the worst company. Please beware and DO NOT USE THEM!!! They damaged my property and completely denied it and hung up on me. The employees don’t speak English and frankly don’t care about anything but money. Please do not look at the good reviews since they are all of there friends and family. I wish I would have read the reviews before using this disaster of a company.

TERRIBLY BAD!! By reading the previous comments I understand that this company is irresponsible towards its customers. 1. They lost a box and no one responds, and 2. They charged me an EXAGGERATED "tax of the dian" for another box. I called the dian Colombia and they did NOT find me in their system, they can adjust the charge with my invoice, but FENIX does not provide proof of that supposed payment they made to the dian. They charge me in taxes MORE than the value of my item, and with proof in my hand. Nobody answers.

All their good reviews are put on here by friends and family members. The bad reviews on here are what you need to go by. They don’t show up or deliver when they say. They pretty much do nothing they claim they will. Use caution. Their sun biz florida business is inactive also do your research

Agree with many customers who think the same as me! They charged me a surcharge of 70 dollars saying that what I had sent cost much more than the 200 dollars that I declared, where I only sent used clothes and used shoes and a massage that costs only 50 dollars! They told me that they were going to send me the customs support and they have not sent it to me, I think that is just a round business for the company, it has nothing to do with Colombian customs, the truth is that it is a way of robbing people!

The purchase of some products was made, all of them were readjusted by customs, even though they had purchase invoices for less than 200 dollars, apparently the charges are directly by the company and not by the DIAN

Irresponsible staff, they lost part of my move, after canceling the money they only respond via WhatsApp, they make fun of the customer's concern, they do not assume the errors by not asking the value of the merchandise, nor do they answer truthfully when it is declared lost , they ask for time to fix their way, they speak and make claims on behalf of the client without prior authorization, they are ignoring the rules and procedures that must be carried out in a transport and logistics company. Their specialty is lying, stopping facing internal problems that harm clients. More than 8 weeks of excuses and lies with proof of how badly they operate in this country

I sent a package to Venezuela by plane, I sent it as priority on July 20 and it is August 15 and it has not yet arrived at the destination, they do not answer calls, they left my package held in Miami for almost two weeks, it seems irresponsible to me that I wanted to use their services for an emergency and they did not keep their word, they promised me it would arrive in 2 weeks.

The company is lousy, every box I send is readjusted, being used clothing with no commercial value. The readjustments do not seem to be by Customs but by the company.

It is taking much longer than that... upon arrival in Colombia, for delivering a letter for customs readjustment it is 15 dollars response time 25 business days, when this is totally free with Dian itself and to release the box it is 80.6 dollars.... And according to them, they say all this when the shipment is going to be made, when they do not report anything about what may happen... ?♀️?♀️?♀️
