Jeff was the light at the end of the dark tunnel. I already had a lender and an offer sent to my new house, but I was very sad about the terms of the loan, so my amazing real state agent put me in contact with Jeff and he gave me a deal that i couldn't say no. He help me with everything and gave my the perfect numbers which sounds like music to my ears. He was always responsive to every phone call and the communication was clear with no lies or hidden tricks. That wasn't enough, the day of the closing he came and sat with us on the table just to be there for us. And even after some weeks, he sent us a beautiful personalized gift. I purchased my home in june, and still today he continues to be present and communicating with me. I feel secure and confident with my loan thanks to Jeff, I know that he will always answer to my questions even when its just a curiosity question (because I like to ask to much), but he doesn't mind explaining over and over again until he feels like I understood the answer. Thanks Jeff, I know we will be in touch forever.

We'd being trying to purchase a home for for years with no success until we found Expert Mortgage Group. This mortgage brokerage company is by far the best decision I ever made. Jeff was able to get us the perfect loan for our dream house and I really don't think we could have purchased without him. Especially, considering how hard it's become to deal with HOA's in Florida.
