The accountant Luis is awesome he really cares about your concerns and why you need the loan and what I wanted to do with the loan.I just went on and on because Im very passionate about my business he didnt brush me off we had some bumps in the road he didnt get frustrated with me he maintained a compassionate professional attitude all the way through the process. HORRIBLE customer service to compliment a HORRIBLE company. The employees are a complete waste of payroll. Don’t bother making an agreement with them because they never follow through with what they say and will cause a lot of frustration and aggravation

The worst company to ever do business with. Customer service is condescending and ridiculous. Do not allow them to trick you into an agreement. You will regret it.

Horrible customer service. The representative doesn’t know what time they close, they string you along to supposedly assist you. They don’t have supervisors available, they have to call you back. A waist of time working with these people. Do not answer if they ever call you about business funding. You will regret it.
