Rolando wrote back to me on the 27th after I had sent a final email before contacting Litha and trying to contact the service providers that the finance manager forced us to buy essentially without disclosing. I didn't get a chance to call yesterday but will attempt to make contact with him today to sit down with him today or tomorrow to get an explanation and or resolution.
Edit 8/26:
Still haven't heard back from Rolando or anyone in Finance at the dealer. I'm working with Lithia Auto to file a complaint and will be contacting Permaplate and Lojack directly to cancel and refund these services they snuck into our contract without explanation.
Edit 8/21:
Still no answer from their GM. Going to make time to go in person. Crazy I have to take time out of my day for something that can be discussed over the phone because no one answers.

After emailing Rolando on Friday per his response to this review I've yet to hear back. I sent a follow up email on Saturday to please contact me and just left a voicemail on his line today 8/19. will continue to update until my situation is resolved.
Original Review:
Went last Thursday to buy out our lease and after hours of them refusing to provided our payoff and finance options and just trying to switch us to a new lease, they came with a number we agreed on. After reviewing the contact when we got home the finance guy had added $4,000 in optional purchases. The appearance protection and a Lojack. First of all I had told the sales manager we were not interested in any tire or appearance protection prior to even agreeing to a number and second, despite selling us a lojack no one had even explained it or gave us a brochure on it. I assume this was done to raise the monthly payment to what we agreed on but I can't get anyone on the phone to explain. I called this morning to see about fixing this but no manager will talk to me. I spoke to my salesman but he doesn't know how to explain it. At no point during the financing did he explain we were buying optional protection. Seems like I'm going to have to drive over there. Lesson learned on my end
I also I noticed I had no rebates applied after being told I was getting lease loyalty and costco etc. The just added money from my trade in which I was told they weren't even buying it. They had said it was being treated as a lease turn in and didn't affect the new car.

The car had a problem that a part on the control board had to be replaced. They called me and said that the part was at the dealer. I waited 4 hours and 30 minutes and they gave me the car in the same condition as when I took it. A day wasted and I have to return next week! The invoice given says that they fixed the defective part and that was not true.

I would never do business with these guys again. It's been 3 months and I still haven't received my tags, title and registration for a car I payed in full. Not to mention the usual stealership shady practices we all known.

Terrible experience. The manager did not want to do a cash deal, and afterwards, he tried to squeeze $3k worth of extras on the same deal hoping I wouldn’t notice. Also dealer fees are $1.2k which are excessive compared to other ve dealers

Stay away from this dealership. Bait and switch, add warranty for car that doesn't exist. They are dishonest and will lie to get a sale. Did not disclose damage to car and blind assist broken. Cost to repair a car that supposedly had a 160 point inspection, over 2500.00. Charged for a warranty for lojack, upholsery and paint. This warranty does not exist. The manager insisted that they had already put the lojack on the car, which was false. Checked the lojack data base and no such thing was put on car. Dealership did not give me any papers for this waranty that they added 2999 to cost of car. Reported to Attorney General.

What a disappointment you need to talk to the general manager or the accounting area and they only leave you on hold and send you to the mailbox the post-sales service is horrible I don't want anyone to do business with this entity that has little professional ethics to help its clients

Brought my car for a service at 7:30 am to fix an AC problem with my car, they told me they’d run the diagnostics on it in the morning and it would take a few hours and should be complete by the afternoon. I called later around 6 pm to see the status, they told me they never knew that I had an AC problem and that I never informed them. Took my car from them, wasted my time.

In my opinion no one should BUY A CAR FROM HERE! NO COMPREN CARRO AQUI! RUN! te estafarán si no tienes cuidado!! son mentirosos! These people are the most unprofessional liars I have ever met. They cant keep a single employee because of their unprofessionalism. All three people i spoke to when i bought my car either got fired or transferred else were due to conflicts/ flights within the company. They will scam you if you are not careful. They are also extremely rude ! one guy was trying to rush me into buying a car and told me i was wasting his time if i didnt buy a car. The sales manager told me himself that i should not trust car dealerships WHICH says A LOT ABOUT THE WAY THEY RUN BUSINESS THERE.

Let me first state that I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for 5 years, my family members even for longer. I have always had a great experience under Ciro’s care & leadership. Today I went in for a look on my usb port in my vehicle, the service entrance was a complete mess, a young kid with literally no experience told me that I was gonna be taken care in 2 minutes, 30 minutes later he comes back to tell me that I should get out of the car and talk to “ Helson” which wasn’t even his real name, really unprofessional and CARELESS! he just tells me oh it’s gonna be 2 or 3 hours before we even can tell you if I have the part it’s up to you if you wanna wait. This has been a complete disappointment. I was thinking about switching my vehicle soon and keep with the tradition of great service that Ciro has provided me throughout the years. This experience has changed everything. Unfortunately I will never return here and will make sure to let my family members that this place has changed for the very worst. Unfortunately.

I swear everytime I take my car to service or to fix an issue its always a problem, no advisor answers the phone EVER. The ones on the line all they "can do" is make an appt. They always say the same thing, they will call you back and never do I get a call back. They have performed recalls and left me leaking gas for days, my car smelled like pure gas, lets not mention the risk I was in.
I took my car in on Monday for an engine light. Its wednesday and the light is back on... called and same thing no answer.
They had told me they replaced what was wrong and looks like they did nothing plus if they did, they did not write it down on the receipt which they always do...
Id do anything to get out of my lease right now. Im tired of this.

They put inventory that they don't have. I called in advance to ask if they have VW Arteon 2021 since I live an hour away from Doral they tell me yes is in stock, when I arrived at the dealership they tell me that they no longer have it. Liars!!!

I had an appointment to leave my car at 7:30 and after waiting for 35 minutes, the consultant Lazaro presented me with the worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life. With a arrogant attitude, he did not give me the opportunity to explain my point of view regarding a car problem, saying that he had a queue of cars to deal with. Interestingly, I waited 35 minutes and I wasn't complaining but he couldn't give me 60 seconds to have a friendly conversation and listen to my point of view. I got angry and left the dealership because of the attitude of this person called Lazaro. I have had many experiences with this dealership and have never been treated so badly before. I'll look for another dealership that has a slightly more polite employee.
