I went here to buy a car, they said doral volkswagen and doral acura is the same place. And the car I wanted isn’t available anymore literally the next day. And I leave the place another person called me from Volkswagen calls me and tell Doral Acura isn’t the same they are different. Then why when you call the official number they it’s the same. My point is Doral Acura lied about availability of the car I wanted and also added crazy amount of taxes and fees. Aprox 7000 extra for the given price. This place is the most confusing place ever.

Absolutely the worst vehicle purchasing experience I've ever had. They do not answer phones, do not answer emails, and if you do happen to get in touch with anyone they just transfer you around. I have never seen a business that seemed completely uninterested in their clients
