I've always thought DHL had a good reputation but both times I've used them has been a disappointment. First time they "attempted" delivery two times and were about to return my package to Australia so I had to pick it up at their doral facility. Second time they "attempted" delivery and stated I wasn't home. Turns out it was during quarantine and I work facing the window. They never passed by and seeing how I never got a slip w the previous package it is obvious they tend to lie about their attempts. If I hadn't used their social media and called corporate I'm sure they would have never actually attempted to deliver. If you can avoid using DHL I would suggest you do.

I never had used their services and will never do. The company working hours as per google is from 09:30am to 05:00pm. I got there today at 09:30am and parked in front of the office. It was closed and I stayed inside my car, looking on my phone. around 09:40am someone knocks the window on passenger side. I put the window down and this young man ask me what am I doing there. Thieves! The worst service ever. DHL US lost 3 out 5 of my parcels at their Miami's delivery facility and after weeks of calling their support department it turns out there's nothing they can do about it and they don't even really care. Complete incompetence. It's been 3 weeks and nothing. I'm now waiting for reimbursement which "they say" will take another 10 days. Probably they won't even reimburse the complete price + shipping so I'll be at a loss. It goes without saying I lost a client and it cost my business a great contract and image.
