The service was truly great. My car was in the shop for body work that my insurance company was covering. I hadn't made any arrangements and I called them they came to get me right away. The staff was quite friendly and worked with me to ensure I got the car that would best suit my needs. Excellent work guys!

One staff members hit my car when opening the door of one of the cars they rent, and instead of apologizing he acted very rude and walked away saying nonsenses. Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all

Accepted my booking claimed car was available. Spent 49$ on a taxi to get to their location and NO CAR WAS AVAILABLE.

Awful communication - after my horrible experience with the enterprise in Doral I ended not even renting a car from them. I can walk for a few days rather then give them my business. You can do better Enterprise. Shame on your service!

Terrible costumer service, the manager doesn’t guide you well on what you need to pay. Instead of looking for a solution he told me basically it is what it is and I have to pay what I was not expecting. Don’t recommend this place…

I have been a customer for a very long time before this issue happened. Most of the people there were very pleasant and helpful, but in one occasion when I returned the car, she asked for my card to return the deposit, but I never recorded it. There were no issues with the car, so I was guaranteed to get my deposit, she specifically said that she refunded me. She told me to wait a week, I checked in my bank account after a week and notice that it’s still not there. I called back many times and she kept insisting that she sent it, so I showed her my bank account where there were no refunds from them. Then she told me that she was working on the issue with corporate, still nothing, I called corporate and this guy said that I would be refunded, still nothing! I called for months and they still haven’t refunded me my deposit. It’s pretty bad when the manager has an attitude because you are trying to get your money back. Her and the guy from corporate are the only ones that I’ve had issues with.

Do not come to this office- they only have one person, it takes more than an hour to get the rental car even if you have a reservation already. Customer service horrible
