Do not buy from this store. Store #606 in Doral. I placed my order online on 02.13.2025 at 9:00am my zip code automatically selected store #606. The order was paid and I was charged $14.99 for Valentine’s Day delivery on 02.14.2024. They never delivered the order. Sent the order to a different store, with a different order # and , did not notify me or anything of the sort. I brought this to their attention the next day and they were very acted as if this was an everyday occurrence. I explained the embarrassment and humiliation that they caused me. Their response was if I wanted the order delivered the day after Valentines or if I wanted a refund. I refund will not undo the embarrassment and humiliation I encountered. You could tell they didn’t care. They made zero attempts to make things right. Again do NOT buy from this store. They do NOT deserve your business. Maybe I should look at some legal options.Richard G.

Tried delivering at 11pm!!!! I ordered a large arrangement for my wife on Valentine's Day. I called the store at 7:30 pm to see why my order hadn't been delivered. They told me it would be here by 8:30. I tried calling the store at 9:30 pm, but the office was closed, so I couldn't get in contact with them. They rang my doorbell at 10:45 pm and woke up my baby, so I didn't accept the package because it's ridiculous to deliver something that late. I expect a full refund and will never order from Edible Arrangements again.

These people are criminals, I told them to send something nice to my wife for Valentine's Day, they told me that they could send her 12 red roses and some strawberries covered with chocolate and I told them to add another 12 roses to make it more and what What they did was put roses of all colors withered and without a drop of presentation, two bunches wrapped in plastic as if they bought them in a horrible market for $226 dollars, I expected more than this

2nd bad delivery from this location. The first one a couple months ago, the fruits were bad and chocolate- it’s like it was old or sat in the heat idk. I had to drive there myself to change them and they had an attitude to even do it. Someone sent me a delivery again yesterday from there and same thing. Bad! Apples brown inside, bananas brown, chocolate not hard and fresh. Get it together smh so disappointing.

What a negative EXPERIENCE!!!! So my husband wants to surprise me on our 42nd year at wedding anniversary. And I get a bouquet today December 5, 2023 that says Thanksgiving bouquet product grown in Columbia. The product grown in Columbia doesn’t bother me, what bothers me is that is December 5 two weeks after Thanksgiving, and we got a bouquet that is all rotten and old for my 42nd anniversary, also he ordered roses and got Thanksgiving flowers. This is not the first time at the same location that he is gypped out of his money and of my surprise. If I were you guys, I think twice in ordering from this Edible at 36 street in Doral they really are no good and they serve old and raggedy stuff. pictures I have plenty.They are very smart they don’t allow us to put pictures of what we received. Very upset very hurt and very unsatisfied.Oh by the way.. he called at 9 am guaranteed 1 he delivery I got the old flowers from Thanksgiving instead of the ROSES which my husband ordered at 5pm. Look closely at the flowers it even has the tag from Thanksgiving still???How can anyone run a business like this. Don’t come now saying you didn’t know this was going on. Cause a lot of your reviews are totally NEGATIVE.This will be the last time for sure I will let my husband order from this location. The last picture just came of when I gently tried to remove the net. Disgusting. You all should be ashamed of your self!

Nicol eres una persona extremadamente grosera y imprudente, no sabe tratar a los clientes ni resolver los inconvenientes, todas las compañías tienen fallas pero para eso está el servicio al cliente y por lo menos un buen trato después de un mal rato es lo debido. Pague para que llevaran una caja de cocholates para el viernes ya es martes y no les ha llegado nada he llamado viernes, sábado, domingo, lunes y martes para que hagan el delivery.. después de tantos días pedí el dinero devuelta porque a las personas que les mande los chocolates ya no están en miami... y lo único que recibo es que me hablen mal que digan que no he llamado y que me cuelguen el teléfono y que no me den opción solo volver!!!! A mandar lo que no a llegado o un crédito.. es claro que no vuelvo a usar los servicios de un lugar donde te tratan mal cuando he sido muy paciente y tranquila. No se los recomiendo!! si quieren evitar mal ratos y dañar un momento especial.. he importante no les recomiendo este negocio.

Yesterday was my birthday. My sister sent me an arrangement. The fruit was small but good. However, the balloon came deflated and by today it is not standing up. It’s a shame how much the quality of Edible arrangements has gone down. In past years I have sent over 20 arrangements. It’s also been years since I send one for this reason

I was expecting the gift to arrive the complete day. Based on the information on the website, they promote the transport of the product in refrigerated containers. However, my gift arrived in a regular car, not refrigerated, very warm, and the blueberries completely damaged. This is Miami and summer is really hot. I cannot understand how a product like this can be delivered warm. I ordered a very expensive fruit arrangement and I was expecting something way better.

Horrible they have a sign that says closes at 5pm and on google also. They worker told me they closed at 4pm and It was 4:14pm. If I could give zero Stars I would.

I placed two orders with advance notice for School delivery’s for Teacher Appreciation. The delivery driver contacted me and was extremely rude asking if I can contact one recipient and have her wait 45- 1 hr after the School was closed in order for her to get the delivery. I advised the driver that the school was already closed and that was not possible and inquired about my second order status. The driver lied and told me she made contact with that recipient and she was going wait 30 after hours to received delivery. I made contact with that recipient and ruined the surprised she advised me she was gone for the day and didn’t not get any calls from the driver.I contacted the store and express my frustration with the lack of planning School delivery’s when they are obviously closing and by the unprofessional behavior and lies by driver.The store assured me that new arrangements will be done and delivered first thing in morning. I waited till afternoon to check status and still pending . The delivery’s were completed within last 30 minutes of school day.In short if you want to order something special for a specific day and deal with professional staff go somewhere else . Will not recommend or do business with this company again.
