Arrangements for proms and formal dances are not done correctly and rose come in bad shape. Mini bouquet for girls shouldn’t be wrapped in foil like that for the pictures. Also incredibly overpriced.

I am writing to express my discontent and anger at the poor service and the poor quality of the flowers they sell at this florist. I placed an order for two arrangements for my wedding day, arrangements that they offer on their website, believing that what I would receive It would be exactly what I asked for (false images), on the day of the wedding a family member went to pick up the arrangements and what I received was not even close to what I had bought and paid for, that same day I approached to explain my dissatisfaction with the deterioration and the quality of the flowers, the arrangement did not have even one of the flowers that I had ordered, the response from the person in charge was that if I wanted I could wait and they would fix it for me, I couldn't wait because in two hours I had to be at the wedding venue, I asked for my money back and they refused, the attention and lack of response from the owner was completely rude.

Terrible service! AWFUL! Zero communication, they delivered the Flowers without even the message I had requested and the person did not know who was sending the arrangements, they do not respond, much less could they send a photo to see how the requested arrangements had turned out. ZERO RECOMMENDED.

WHAT A BIG DECEPTION, AND WHAT THEFT, I BUY THE BOUQUET OF FLOWERS REF. AUTUMN Colored Flowers for 99.99 USD + shipping costs that are not included, total 133.00 USD, and what I received is a MINI BOUQUET, 15 centimeters high in size, in a ridiculous and cheap ceramic cup , and out of date flowers, and it was a Present Gift for my wife for her 58th birthday. I have been terrible, this company is a scam, do not buy more here, the flowers in the photos have nothing to do with what they send you. What I received doesn't cost more than 25 USD in any of those little stores at the gas stations, and the flowers there are surely fresh. The flowers they sent me were wilted and past their dates, I FEEL CHEATED AND SCAMMED. This company does not deserve to be bought more from. DON'T BE SCAMMED AND DECEIVED, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY
