Thank you, Doral Center Animal Hospital, for always taking care of our little one. Our 18 yr old baby passed away on October 12th, 2024, in this hospital peacefully. Everything was done with care from the team of vets to the doctor who helped us out that sad night. Me and my family are thankful for all your kind words in the letter sent by this hospitals team. I thank you again for always taking care of our little one for the past 14 yrs we've attended this place! Spunky is with God now ??

We visited Doral vet in transit from the UK with my husband's medical assistance dog as we need it to treat him for Tapeworm urgently before our fligh and they were AMAZING!. They sent all the relevant documents to the Animal Reception Centre at Heathrow Airport and even gave us complimentary pill pockets which we have never seen before and now we love this product! we are forever grateful to them as they were the only vets willing to treat him in Miami. Thank you so much for your kidness and excellent service. We'll definitely be back!????????

The front staff service is rude and disappointed, we were waiting with my dog for almost 3 hours, my dog was deshidrate, and really bad and when I asked them when would they see it, they just answer, we don’t know, we are too busy, go somewhere else, if they treat persons like that imaging how would they treat animals, of course I went to another place in Kendall and was a huge different I don’t recommend this place at all.

We took our cat in for bloody diarrhea and not eating his food. He was prescribed dermal and oral medication and reassured he was going to be okay. We had a follow up appointment and we were recommended to start the dermal medication prescribed by this clinic since his thyroid was not improving. When we were concerned that he was still having diarrhea and urinating himself a week or two later, we called and were rudely addressed by the front desk lady. She was insisting that they never prescribed the dermal medication to us even though the prescription had the ER doctor’s (Dr Olsen) name on it. Then she proceeded to say “well since the cat is doing xyz then you need to bring him in” and hung up on us. Due to this interaction we decided to go to our vet and luckily got squeezed in. Unfortunately, we made the hard decision to put our cat down as we felt that he was suffering. While we do not blame the center for the outcome as no one could have predicted this, we did not appreciate being rudely addressed in this situation. In addition, we believe it was unprofessional to be accused of getting the dermal medication from another provider when this center was the one who recommended this medication and prescribed it.We do appreciate how they did help our cat but we hope this kind of interaction never happens again.

This place will abuse your animal. Terrible terrible people. They were holding down my cat by extreme force because he was so scared. Ive been here before and they must've abused him prior. So he was just so scared. You guys are disgusting and someone will treat you this way one day. Goodbye. See you never.
Please if you love your animal. Stay away.

This place is a robbery, because they hide your animal from you and you can't see if what they are really charging you is being charged or not. For whatever reason they want to leave the animal inside to charge you $2400, My personal rating is of 1⭐️and why you can't give less

Customer service (Penelope), very friendly. I honestly didn't like the Doctor at all, they took my dog despite it and then came out saying that they had already examined him without my consent or presence.

Would not recommend anyone here i got dirty looks from the nurse everytime she would come in to the consult room and i was not ok with the doctors recommendations. These people just want money they dont care about you or youre dog i came here as an emergency bevausw no other place was open on a holiday weekend. Do youreself and youre pet a favor dont come here.

Super unprofessional, I called for the first time for a question and the receptionist answered the phone saying “yesss?” Like if I’m disturbing her time or something and just gave me attitude. Not sure if she’s having a bad day but still. I thought I called the wrong place for a second.

Highly recommended! I went to get a Health Certificate to travel with my dog outside the USA, and everything worked flawlessly. When we got there, all the girls were very loving and attentive, they treated us well and at no time did they try to charge me more or add more expenses (something that always happens to me at other veterinarians in Miami).
Very attentive, professional and friendly!
Daniela assisted me and was the one who took care of all my documentation, she was 100% available for any questions or concerns I had.
I will definitely come back :)
