When she received the call from lab asistant she could not answered so she call back. They never answered back. The assistant for labs does not care for his job. The women the gets the calls hang up on me when i put a complaint. I ask for superviser they hang up. Then when the lab assistant call me back the next day after three weeks and 12 calls. he said no one had given my labs papers. This company needs to hired better staff. No one wants to work in this company.

Staff very corteus, the office was closed when i got there, but the staff inside opened the door so i could sit inside and wait. They were very professional and treated me with respect, answered all my questions and concerns before any procedures. I wil definitely use them again.
