After chatting with the rep. I was asked to go and see the part. When I arrived pieces where missing. It was a waste of time. And the price was more than I was quoted. I ended up not buying the part.

Such poorly educated people and poor treatment of customers, I went to see some cars and take photos but they treated me poorly, even the owner scolded me for opening a car! They don't know and we are interested in treating customers well, poor people who work in that place, I imagine them as bosses and I feel sorry for them.

They offer free delivery and installation and that is not the case, you have to go get the battery at the location, and the installation is a separate service that is offered by a mechanic! There's nothing wrong with that, but don't offer a service publicly that you don't offer.
