I used to frequent this cvs, in the last week I have come several times and I don't know which is worse, the pharmacist who doesn't know anything or the “doctor” who doesn't know anything either… the bad service they give you is incredible, it seems like they only put them on to deliver prescribed medicines.

I had a very disappointing experience with CVS Pharmacy. The customer service was extremely poor; the staff was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in assisting with my needs. Additionally, I faced significant issues with their phone system. It was difficult to get through to speak with someone, and when I finally did, the call was often dropped or I was placed on hold for an excessive amount of time. Overall, my experience was frustrating and unsatisfactory. I hope they address these issues promptly.

Last Saturday 04/20/2024 around 10:00 PM I was shopping at the store, I couldn't buy some beers because they didn't answer the bell on the refrigerator door, so I decided not to buy the beers and cancel what I had selected, in the queue line where only the people at the checkouts were, me and another person in the line, there was an employee directing the self-service checkouts, I told him that I couldn't buy the beers because no one was ever there and he told me that there were only two people attending (I saw three), I simply didn't answer him because it didn't seem like an answer to me and he without waiting told me: "Of course, you don't care about our situation, I don't care about the hers". It didn't seem like a reasonable deal to me and I asked him where I could talk to the boss and he told me it was him. When I asked him his name he simply told me "Enrique", the truth is I don't know if that is his name because they don't put a visible Tag on them. Shirt. But I must say that this man is rude, the truth is that he is so uninvolved with his work that I think the person who should be reprimanded is the human resources person who hired him. This is my pharmacy that is even in my doctors' data, I think they should take action on the matter, but my duty is to inform them, a person like this is going to soon have a bigger problem with a client...

I am a frequent customer of this location and it is unfortunate that the poor service from the staff makes your experience uncomfortable, annoying and to the point of feeling harassed by the staff, specifically by a woman named Jenny, I went with my daughter and as women that we are We looked at the beauty items calmly and carefully, but when we observed the attitude of the lady, who was so disrespectful, she raised her voice at us, making us understand that she thought we wanted to take something without paying. Gentlemen, this behavior towards a client is unacceptable, regrettable and disappointing, feeling harassed in this way is a horrible experience that I would not wish on anyone, there are decent and dignified people in the world. Dignity that today I felt was trampled, so I demand RESPECT and that action be taken on the matter

My experience at CVS today was extremely disappointing due to the terrible service from the employee Jenny, who works in the beauty area. From the moment we walked in, Jenny harassed and followed us around the store, even going so far as to insinuate to her coworkers that we were planning to steal. This behavior made our purchase extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant. As a frequent customer of CVS, I had never experienced such discrimination before. I hope that CVS takes action to address this unacceptable behavior from their staff.

Como es posible que el personal de cvs 10700 nw 74st, no respete bajo ningún concepto ni criterio a los clientes, yo como ciudadana americana, llevo casi 20 años aquí, y no había visto ni sentido tanta MEDIOCRIDAD JUNTA. No sabía una empleada de allí, pasarme una tarjeta de Ebt, la pasé 5 veces y no pasaba, (según la señora que me atendió, que observé su identidad para ver su nombre y ella se la tapó), cuando es un REQUISITO OBLIGATIRIO. Me envió a la parte de la farmacia, donde por RAZONES MUY PERSONALES ME CONOCEN, y me informaron que allí no pasaba la ebt card. Me topé con una señora que desde años trabaja allí, y me dijo que me iba a ayudar, PERO DA LA CASUALIDAD, Que había un excremento de perro en uno de los pasillos, (SECO), se lo informe y me dijo de mala forma que ella no puede estar detrás de los perros de los clientes. Esa, no es una forma de expresarse con un cliente. Fuimos al Front Desk, y la tarjeta de Ebt, pasó al segundo, y la s e ñ o r a, que me hizo pasarla 5 veces, sin tecnicismo se dio cuenta y le dije, fue solo un (1) segundo, y se hecho a reír en mi cara. Éste es mi primer paso. Cuando vaya en poquito tiempo, vamos a ver si se va a tapar la identidad de nuevo, y va a esconder la cara debajo del piso. No sirven!!!!! TUVE QUE PONER 1 ESTRELLA PARA PODER PUBLICAR ESTA RESEÑA. PERO, ES CERO (0).
