Today, May 6, I was picking up my medication that I have been picking up for more than 15 years at this same CVS on 107. I got some coupons to use on my next purchase and at the time of making that purchase they did not allow me to use them. Neither the cashier, manager nor anyone in the store had the decency to explain why well, nor did they have the education to treat me with the respect I deserved. Upon defining that they were not going to allow me to use the coupons I received at that same store, the lady at the checkout very rudely grabbed the bag of the items I was purchasing and threw it on the floor without even asking if I was going to buy them anyway. Leaving it said that I did buy them. There is really a lack of diligence and honesty when giving coupons that cannot be redeemed in their own store. What bad service.

This CVS is the only one I have been to without self-checkout. Also they never have headphones which is demoralizing

The attention in pharmacy is really bad. THE LINE IS HUGE for only one person. The service is very delay. Please find more people for customer service.

I am giving these guys 5 stars because they always pick up the phone in seconds and answer all my questions. They text when the meds are ready. Other stores do not even pick up the phone at all. Living in Miami meds can be a hassle to get.

Donna & the rest of the pharmacy are true angels! I've had some weird insurance issues in the last few months and each time they have been so patient and willing to help resolve each problem! I purposely drive 5 minutes more just to pick-up my meds here because they are so nice and helpful every time!
