I love the pharmacy !!! Mrs. Maybell is super helpful, I will keep coming to this store because of her. In the other hands, I don't like the idea of having 1 employee watching me while, I am doing all the work checking out and she is in her personal phone. It is ridiculous, sometimes you have a line of people waiting to check out and you have 1 person just standing by doing nothing. I don't see the reason for not having an open cash register for the people that doesn't know how to operate the self check out. You get a lot of old people and it is not fair for them. You see them struggling with the system and sometimes I seen them leaving the store and leaving their shopping card full of items. That need to change or at least adjust, Pharmacy gets 5 stars, check out gets 2 stars.

We especially like coming for the sales on home products and perfumes. Also wanted to thank them, recently they found a loved ones death certificate that a family member had dropped there. Someone from Navarro mailed it back to us, sincerest thanks!

I would like to share my amazing experience with the Navarro on 72nd st. and 97 avenue. a lady in the pharmacy by the name of lizbeth was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. she took out the time to inform me where I could find a supplement and even called to see i f it was available. Her people skills were incredible. I will transfer all my prescriptions from now on to this navarro because of the service I receive.

I purchase a microwave rice maker and when I got home, I noticed it was gray instead of white, went back to exchange it but they were all gray, so I decided to get another one, but I didn't have my receipt and they wanted to credit me half the sale price. This is stealing in my book. I have heard that they did this all the time, I didn't believe it until it happened to me.

Terrible Customer Service! Rude, impolitic staff. Walk right by you see me standing in the perfume section no help. I know they get paid minimum wage but that's there job! To help the client! Rude lazy staff at this Navarro, I understand there's 30 min to closing time but you still need to help and be attentive of the client. I would rate it 0/5 stars if I could. Unfortunately I have to give 1 star to post deserves 0! Fix your night staff Navarro!
