IN RESPONSE TO CITY COLORS COMMENT:
It is disappointing, yet unsurprising, to see such unfounded accusations made in retaliation to our honest feedback. Your consistent pattern of false accusations of racism and discrimination reflects poorly on your company's professionalism and raises serious concerns about the integrity of your business practices.
To clarify, at no point during our interactions did I behave in a disrespectful, racist, or discriminatory manner. My review accurately reflects the issues we experienced with your company and services.
Furthermore, the recent creation of a bogus review on our company profile appears to be another retaliatory action, which further undermines the trust, professionalism, and ethical practices we expect from a service provider.
Attached are screenshots of the fabricated review on our profile for reference. I stand by my initial review and the documented attempts to communicate our concerns. It is unfortunate that instead of addressing these issues professionally, you have chosen to respond in a manner that misrepresents the situation.

BUYER BEWARE!
We have been using City Colors for more than 15 years now, but after this experience, we will NEVER purchase from them again. Unfortunately, they seem completely indifferent to losing a long-term customer, so we've agreed to disagree and go our separate ways.
Summing up our experience, we placed several orders for DTF prints with them and initially had a positive experience. However, a recent large order containing several different designs was extremely disappointing. The prints were subpar, with the most notable issues being print transparency and visible banding. Despite our customers rejecting their orders, and rightfully so, we were repeatedly told that all of these issues fell within their acceptable threshold.
When I reached out to address these problems, customer service directed me to send an email and include photos of the issues. From that point on, despite multiple attempts to find a fair resolution, I was met with hostility and dismissiveness. After several weeks of trying to speak to someone (I seemed to ALWAYS call when the appropriate party was gone to lunch, gone home for the day, or, for the final straw, the entire department went on vacation for a week), I finally asked to speak to a manager or owner. Immediately upon taking my call, he cut me off, inaccurately claimed they had already responded multiple times, and stated they didn't like being compared to other suppliers. He then boasted about their unbeatable prices, which is completely irrelevant, and said multiple times that we paid 3x their price to go somewhere else. Even if any of that were true (which it absolutely wasn't), it was 100% antagonistic and again completely irrelevant to even mention.
The only time I ever heard back from anyone was after I emailed my original complaint with the requested photos attached to tell me that everything they saw was within acceptable thresholds. When I realized that my camera was color-correcting all of my photos, I decided to mail physical samples as well. I wanted them to see the issues firsthand instead of relying on photos that were not true to color. I also included physical samples from a different supplier (since I had to reprint the order elsewhere to fulfill our customers' orders) in order to compare the poor quality of their large order. It has been 17 days since the samples were received, and we have not received a single phone call or email from anyone. Not a single person has attempted to speak to me about these issues. Instead, they have gone to great lengths to avoid me and my several attempts to contact them. When I finally requested to speak to someone in management, it was met with absolute hostility.

The worst customer service ever. They claim to be the cheapest and they have to be, because with their poor service, rudeness from employees and managers, their only way to compete must be through low prices. If you leave a bad review, instead of addressing the situation, they don't deliver the work you've already paid for, and it's already late. I just hope they don't steal the money and refund it. They say they've been in the industry for 25 years, but if it's now run by the owners' children, the future will be very different from the past.

Unfortunately, the customer service of the girl who answers the phone is horrible. I thought I would be able to help my clients with lithography, but I'd better continue with the large format. What sad companies like that.
