Terrible service, bad customer service, they show racial traits. If you have a business account with them, it is better to close it. Zelle does not work and all they do is ask for proof of what they already have. Don't fall into the Chase trap. I don't recommend them.

It is the worst branch, the bank depts think that one comes to ask them for charity, I do not recommend them, I will withdraw all my accounts and go to another bank, we ask for charity

Every once in a while, there are company people who ACTUALLY make a difference. They marvel us with the kind of customer service that you only see in movies, but that's actually how it should be, the golden standard for business. After having a bunch of accounts with other banks, yesterday I went to a Chase branch located at 2495 NW 87th Ave in Doral, Florida. A very fine gentlemen named Francisco Bertolo was my agent. OMG, what an amazing experience. This guy should be either promoted and put on a plane to NYC today (with his own office and staff) or simply cloned. What an amazing first time experience when dealing with CHASE! this is the good people who make every bit of difference, make him ubiquitous after cloning him and every other bank will be out of business. THANK YOU!

We had a 2:30 appointment with Francisco Bertolo Arraez for our business account and when we arrived for our appointment he completely brushed off our appointment and said that they would give us a call to help with our account. We never received a call and they had us show up to the appointment for no reason.

Recently went to this location to take out some cash. Very strange interaction with Claudia. Seemingly normal at first, but then after my license was tossed back at me (no apology) and my money was placed on the counter despite my hand being out to receive it, something just didn’t feel right. I shall not be returning to this location. I hope that Claudia does not treat all of her customers like this. No one’s money should ever just be placed on a counter. Customer service looks different everywhere but I’ve never had that happen before.
