This place is a joke. The woman in the parts department was not qualified for the job. I called 5 hours ahead of time for the parts I needed and when I got there she couldn't find the order. I waited about 2 hours for her to find the order and the parts. Avoid this place at all costs. There was nobody that was knowledgeable inside or even competent. I wouldn't come back here if they gave me the parts for free. They NEED to hire new staff. I have never had such terrible customer service in my life. I put one star because I had to or I would have put 0.

They go out of way to help you get obsolete parts: 1943 tractor. Came to pickup and because of traffic got here few minutes late. The order worker made it possible to pickup even after been late. Thank You for helping in every way.
