AMAZING. If i could id give 10stars. I have problems when taking my blood. Ana Lopes took my blood. Super nice. Sensitive. Helpful. For the FIRST TIME in like 25years i didnt faint. She was super careful. Used a small needle. Super happy about this place!!!!!

I used this facility for the first time in October 2020. I’m always a hard stick, but the technician got it on the 1st try. Got my results back quickly and they were very accommodating! I plan on going again for followup blood work next week!

Horrible place, incompetent staff, very disorganized. They don’t care about the patient/costumers they need to help and attend for. Office Staff does what they consider is correct and disregard doctors orders. Always give excuses when something happens instead of owning their mistakes. I would recommend you consider other laboratory.

I have been waiting since Monday for someone to come to my mothers house to take a urine sample. Today is Wednesday at 2:30pm and still no one has showed up. If I could give them no stars I would. Horrible customer service.

Bio tech needs to update their paper work , I lost half of my morning driving from the location stated in myPaper to their actual location in Doral. Please update your actual address so other patients don’t go through this . Thank you

On Saturday, March 20, 2021 at 11:23 a.m. a phlebotomist called us – she did not leave a voice mail message (bad phone etiquette).Called the (954) 559-**** number and said -- some one called us from this number but did not leave a message. Phlebotomist on the other line was annoyed just because she was called on her phone etiquette. This individual is a bittered, demonic, evil spitted individual, she is also very rude (you can tell thru her tone of voice and body language she transmitted on the other end of the phone).She said in an adamantly tone of voice – she will be at our home at 6:00 a.m. (this is crazy) to draw blood from my bed ridden elderly mother who suffered a stroke. We told her no, we told her it was too early – she said that was the only time she was available. We told her the hours Mother was available, but she did not care about this, she said the only time available is 6:00 a.m. (inflexible and unreasonable).On Monday March 22, 2021 at 8:58 a.m. called Doctor’s office and explained the above-mentioned situation and they even said “that is crazy” blood work at 6 a.m.On Monday, March 22, 2021 -- Doctor’s office called laboratory and they said the latest they can draw blood will be 8 a.m. on Thursday, March 25, 2021 or Friday, March 26, 2021.On Thursday March 25, 2021 called laboratory at 3:50 p.m. to ask the time phlebotomist will show up Friday and a young lady asked some questions about Mom and then transferred the call to phlebotomist supervisor who picked up the phone and had no idea as to why I was calling in for (again bad phone etiquette). She asked for Mom’s last name so we gave her Mom’s last name but she reprimanded us for giving her Mom’s last name stating she has numerous individuals under Mom’s last name. We told her you asked for her last name and so we provide you with such. She got upset. And, said to give her Mom’s full name. We told her you should’ve asked for Mom’s first name since the get-go -- we told her they were wasting our time and energy because the first individual who picked up the phone had already asked some questions about Mom and supervisor was asking the same questions again. She got more upset because the truth hurts (they are time wasters).Five minutes later we received a phone call from phlebotomist (the one we spoke to on Saturday, March 20, 2021). She said will be at our home Friday, March 26, 2021 between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. we said okay. We also said to her to be here between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. because if she arrives to our home before 7 a.m. Mom will not be ready to receive her and she will have to wait until 7 a.m. to see Mom (again Mom is an elderly individual who is bed ridden and depends on our family for all of her needs) – phlebotomist got really, really, unsympathetic, uncompassionate, heartless, inflexible, unreasonable, demonic, evil spirited and adamantly said “well, look, look for another lab” “pues mira, buscate otro laboratorio” in Spanish and hung up the phone.We called lab to file a complaint against this rude, unprofessional, animalistic conduct and phlebotomist supervisor was not moved nor concerned with her subordinate’s conduct. Asked to talk to phlebotomist supervisor or owner of the laboratory, and phlebotomist supervisor said she will make some calls and that we will receive a call back (we never received a call back) – supervisor is dishonest.We called Doctor’s office and they told us laboratory cancelled lab work order.We urge anyone who wants to save time, energy, frustration, stress, super bad experience not to do any kind of business with this mom and pop laboratory.Sincerely,Distraught Proxy

I tested for COVID-19 on 7/6/20—Still No Results as of 7/13/20!!!I asked the Dr. for proof for my job (So I can get paid while waiting)—-Still nothing.I paid the same money for the same test as everyone else, now I am on the verge of missing a weeks pay from my job! This is unethical and unfair...
