I give one star because this is the only way I can give my opinion. I made a trip of more than 35 minutes to get to this store because it was the only one closest that closed at 6 and I arrived at 5:53 and they no longer wanted to serve me because they were already going to close, but the “Open” was on on the door.

I went in because of the poster on the front door, Aegean Teal - Color of the year 2021. I loved it. Walk in and no one said good morning. There was an attendant just sitting down at front desk - no customers in the store. He asked me in Spanish - how can I help you? He had a mask under his nose. I responded in English, hello, I came in because of the color of the year, mentioned color on the door. I just wanted to get information to buy a gallon but we didn’t even get passed the color because he proceeded to tell me he doesn’t know anything about any colors with names. They prepare colors with numbers. I understand each color has a number, I’ve bought paint before. But this is “THE COLOR OF THE YEAR” on your FRONT DOOR. You are clearly advertising it. Wouldn’t you have just a little curiosity to know that detail? He walked over to see the color but he then proceeded to bring down his mask to his chin to respond to my question. After I saw the lack of Covid protocol, I just left the store. No need to continue a conversation with someone with a mask under his mouth while INDOORS. Just don’t wear a mask if you are not going to wear it properly. Perhaps a year ago the service might have been different. I’ve been to this store before (years ago) & I don’t remember this type of service. Do you know how difficult it is to get a walk-in customer because of a poster during any time, let alone a pandemic? I don’t think it was entirely his fault, he just hasn’t been trained properly. It’s lack of leadership.

Probably the worst experience I have had with purchasing paint. Customer service was not good, prices are more expensive than other stores. They didn’t do the color properly even tho I brought them the exact sample. Called them to find out the color that they made and they didn’t have the proper information in the system because if the employee doesn’t put it properly in the system then is like you never went there. The people there could care less, they are rude and clearly lost my business all together.Shop around prices first before going here
