The service is the worst of all...I already think this is the final decision to leave Bank of America. At the entrance they treat you like garbage as if you owe something to this bank and they seem to enjoy making you wait. Please dismiss LA from the arrogant entry

Cant ever get anyone on the phone. Every time I call I get timed out saying they are too busy to answer the phones.
