Terrible experience today, I went with my wife to open a savings account and the manager helped us who was too rude, she told me in a very derogatory way the requirements that I needed, which she met all of them, but when I saw the way she treated us We prefer to go and open the account at the Walls Fargo across the street. Terrible attention, they discriminate against Latinos and the manager is Latina. Serious.

This bank has the worst customer service the worst tellers. I recommend going to another branch and not this one.

Always a Line. Always only 1 teller. It doesn’t matter if it’s the weekend or the weekday. The branch manager needs always have 2 people at the desk. MINIMUM. Common sense.

Terrible customer service. These women were laughing at what I was talking about in my face, what a lack of respect for the entity. What a shame to see how they only hire people out of necessity and do not train them to even be respectful of people. Terrible!

This brach is a disaster, they have a dedicated line for "business accounts" but you can't use it, also they always have one teller no matter is the line is of 20 people, the manager or who appears to be the manager could care less, right now there is a huge line only one teller, and two other bank workers in their cubicles and that's it you will have to wait maybe an hour just to make a deposit. I know you guys want to save in labor cost but this is ridiculous.

Very Slow Service and poor management. 3 tellers available while only one of them working and the rest are chitchatting next to him while the line is more than 5 people waiting for 30 minutes.Not Once or Twice, but Everytime I visit this location.

A very bad experience. i went to get a line of credit with Erika and they took month in a half just to tell me that I dont qualify . after i have a 1.1M home payoff, another 850k home that i own 220k with almost 0.00 debt and a very profitable Business and having my Business account with BOFA too.. until today im waiting for a call back with a reasonable explanation of why was not approved or at lease not even having a counter offer.. NEVER AGAIN !!!!

Customer service here is just ridiculous. They are extremely slow and no cooperative. These type of places are what give Bank Of America it's reputation.

This is the worse branch of the entire Bank! I have my account with Bank Of America Since 2004 but I’ll definitely close my accounts and credit cards, If you need a bank account just go to another bank but never open an account in Bank Of AmericaJust to request a simple letter saying who is an authorized user of your Credit Card is a huge deal and I have to wait until the create a case and someone works on it and then they will send it by regular mail, come On!!!!!! Capital one send me the same letter in less than 5 minutes

bad information, when you arrive... if you have a line of business clients and it is closed, they must inform you when you arrive, not after you are standing waiting to be called... they have a line of clients and it is closed... .

Hello as always when you come to this bank the service is slow and poor. Every month I have to visit this bank , however, not afíliate to me for certain reason. At the cashier they are always slow because customers are never prepared and they do not discern the service providedPls as an I advice they should implement better things to speed the service

The worst banking service ever! Just today, I've wanted use this branch to deposit a cheque and when i walked in the bank, it was already full and there was at least 10 people waiting in the line and there was only 1 single teller working out of 5 counters and the staff was walking around seeing customers waiting for hours to get their stuff done but none of them came to help customers out. Never again!
