I purchased a Lamborghini in July 2015. Flew down on a Saturday to pick it up with a cashiers check. A few items were not as described. I was promised a refund check for $2500.- to take care of the issues the following Monday

Still owes me money from 3 years ago. Was told I'd be paid back $2500.- within a week of me picking up a car and paying with a cashiers check. Eventually I received half with the promise of receiving the remaining half. I purchased the car in July 2015
