As a new agent I interviewed with many different brokers, but none came close to the level of support and technology available to their agents. I look forward to working with Avanti Way for many years to come!

If you work with this agency just make sure you don’t hire an agent Nick Tiger Quay.
You want to work with the biggest clown in town? Hire Nick. I have never seen a person so incompetent, unprofessional and inept to work in the real estate business in my entire life. Nick is a good actor who likes to talk just to move air around by making it sound like he knows what he is doing and how many people in town knows while in reality he just runs around in his tiger costume totally cut off from the reality. Having my house be listed with Nick was the biggest mistake as he did absolutely nothing. Lazy amd incompetent, Nick waisted a few thousand dollars to make a marketing video that was meant to showcase my house but instead it was all about him and his old car.
Nick required 24/7 babysitting as a toddler, inapt to do anything. In writing, he promised to do an open house, broker events, art events, taco truck, have the mayor give a speech in his marketing material and he failed at everything. He barely did a few open houses, totally in vain, never gave a follow up on how it went as unless asked for it in writing. Nick is compulsive liar. I was out of state when he was trying to sell the house and each week I had to ask him if he would do an open house. Instead of him acting as a professional businessman, I felt like I had a toddler who needed constant supervision and a parent to hold his hand while he makes his first baby steps. Not a man, neither a realtor, maybe he is really just a tiger? I have never met a person with such poor character as Nick. He was so lazy to do anything that he would make a bunch of ridiculous excuses from “oh this weekend is Jewish holiday so no one would come”, “oh this week we expect a hurricane so I am gonna be out of town”, “oh the bridge is closed so no one can come to the island”, “oh I think I am sick” and then he would post photos of himself in Disneyland on social media, totally clueless. When confronted, Nick would become the most toxic non stop monologue conductor and he won’t stop talking until 2 hours passed. He also loves to play the victim, that is his favorite role after being a tiger. As victim he loves to blame others instead of having a strong manly backbone that a real successful real estate businessman would have. Nick doesn’t understand real estate contracts, neither he knows how to numerically write a “million”. We were dealing with important paperwork, and Nick wrote a “thousand” instead of “million” so I had to take time off my day to give a math lesson about how many zeros a person should add to make it a million. Nick would make illegal changes and corrections online that he didn’t ran by my family for approval. At the end of our listing, as it was expiring, not to mention that Nick was incapable to produce a buyer or a renter, he canceled the listing a day before it was supposed to expire, I guess to make his reputation be good. The truth is, Nick doesn’t know what is going on, he doesn’t understand real estate business, he has no clue about contracts, he can’t write using digits and he makes mistakes over mistakes. He adores to add things in paperwork or contacts that he was never asked to do but he would fail a million times to do a perform a task that has been asked from him. At the end of the day, after knowing Nick, I don’t think he is capable to sell a toilet paper to someone who has a severe diarrhea, that’s how bad he is. I don’t recommend this agent and I highly suggest to ran away from his service as if it was a black plague. You will save your money and avoid headache.
