I have nothing but good things to say about Auto Source Group, especially dealing with Giancarlo. He was very professional throughout the entire process. From my initial inquiry, answering my many questions, gathering dozens of extra photos of the car as I could not be there to inspect it myself. Buying a 220k Mercedes Pagoda from afar is a bit of a leap of faith. There was not a single moment during the process where he was anything but patient and helpful, willing to answer any questions I had. And zero pressure. None. And once the deal was made he continued to stay engaged and ensured that I had all of the paperwork and documents I needed to get the car insured and registered before it was delivered, so that I had plates in hand and was ready to roll right off the truck. And the car was, and is, everything he described. I am very impressed with the professionalism of Auto Source Group, and I would without hesitation buy another car from them if something of interest arrives.

The dealership , Giancarlo and everyone else involved were the poster children for professionalism , peoples friendly and effective executive team, Not only they do their job and do it extremely well they do other people job,my example is I was waiting forever to get my plates to drive and enjoy the car I bought from them the plates never arrived , Giancarlo stepped in and graciously sent me a temp so that at least I can drive it ..he and his team are the most helpful accommodating professionals..the real deal

Giancarlo and the team were amazing in helping me ship my new car to Canada. Not only did they go above and beyond in organizing the inspections, they helped with all the documentation required, gave me a full history of the car, and made sure I left happy. After visiting ASG to view a 280SL that wasn't quite the spec I wanted, Giancarlo used his network to locate one that was on the other side of the country and nearing the end of its restoration process. He organized all aspects, kept me informed and I had the vehicle in about 90 days. Since the purchase, I have had a few follow up questions and he is always responds. Very satisfied wih the entire process.
