So to start off I’d like to say that when you come to Doral Collision your feeling of uneasiness immediately changes. Not only can you see that you are working with professionals, but you feel as if they have your back. I came in with my Mercedes S580 after someone hit the side of my car, & I am leaving today feeling as if I was driving out of the dealer. I am handy with tools and had been working on it off and on but with no satisfaction. I finally called my friend Louis who sent me the number to TDS. Most mechanics frown on working after another, especially an un certified on. But after explaining what I had done to the truck, Enrique nor James made me feel incompetent but took my knowledge and made me feel like i was a part of the solution and not the problem. They involved me in the process. After about a week, I'm driving again.Thanks for getting my rig up and going again.”

“I don't typically write reviews but had to take a moment to tell others what great service I received at Advanced Auto Diagnostics. I worked with David, and I really appreciated that he communicated with me every step of the way. He also spoke English, which was an extra bonus for me since I don't speak Spanish. I know this isn't important to everyone but when you are discussing a car with someone and they can understand what you are saying when you don't really know what your talking about is critical.
His team evaluated my car and he called me to walk through what was wrong and what he recommended. There were a few things they could have done that weren't necessary and he was up front about that so I could decide if I wanted to spend the money. My car drives like new! Oh...and then they followed up with me to make sure everything was good! Bonus! I will be taking my car there for all of my future service needs! Highly recommended!!”

“We helped our son leas a vehicle from Bill Seidle's and were treated very well from the moment we walked into the dealership all the way through the financing process. Our Salesman, Luis González was very professional and at no time did he pressure us into purchasing the vehicle. On the contrary, after the test drive, he told us "please come back when you have made up your minds and I will be more than happy to take care of you". I told him, Luis, we are taking the car. LOL
We felt that we got an extremely good price for the vehicle and were very satisfied with the entire process.
