Avoid this place. Sheets were stained with blood, comforter was stained yellow, shower had not been cleaned. Place was gross. Front desk did not answer the phone, did not respond through the app, and no one was available downstairs at the front desk. The only positive about this property is the free parking--which is a shared lot with an additional property so good luck finding parking when both have guests. I will absolutely never stay here again, and would never recommend.

Clean hotel, multiple level building. We stayed in the 4th floor. I don't think they have valet parking but park yourself in the back with a pass to put on the dashboard. This building has elevators (2) and stairs. There's a bar and a in house restaurant which close at 10:30 PM and the bar closed at midnight in the lobby w/ a section for game area. The concierge at check-in was OK. Our room is clean and spacious except the shower door looks a bit outdated/broken but it could use some update. The bed in our room is a bit too soft. The hotel is in a good location near restaurants.

Skip this place and book the next Marriott. I showed up 11pm - 8 ppl in line and 1 guy working. I guess this hotel takes airline vouchers for people that had a flight canceled and stay overnight. Every person had questions about vouchers, restaurants, everything. They didn’t use the bonvoy line. Some guy came down because his fridge didn’t work. Waited in the same 20 minute line. They never set up the mobile key so I had no choice but to wait. Hotel is right off the turnpike. So convenient if you’re headed south. The room was at least 80° when I open the door. Other than that it was basically fine.Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

The front desk missed my early morning wake up call. That’s not good, but it happens. I asked for a taxi to the airport which I was told cost $45. We get to the airport and then the driver demands $85. I pay so I can get my luggage. When I called the hotel to help navigate , zero help. The guy who behind the whole mess was suddenly “off duty and not available “. Maybe off spending the money I saw the driver palm him? What a scam. This is an airport hotel. If they can’t wake you up on time or get you to the airport fairly , why give them business? Not trustworthy

Check-in was extremely smooth! I’ve enjoyed my time here from start to finish, and in between, Danny and Brian at the front desk were really great. They definitely go above and beyond for their guest, Sandra, the housekeeper has such a beautiful energy. She literally sings as she cleans lol And went out of her way to ask me if I needed anything. Such a sweet lady. Also, Danielle at the bar was amazing too! I love the atmosphere the rooms are beautiful and modern! I will definitely be staying here again when in Miami, I highly recommend! Thank you again ??

Do not stay here at all!!!!!Housekeeping stole from my room. I reported it immediately when I figured it out and the next day they never even spoke with any housekeepers about it. I do not expect to recover my stolen item. It is the principle of it all. It is your job to clean the room not steal!Worst experience ever in this particular hotel. I would never recommend staying atthis location.

These rooms have issues with their AC units pushing heavy moisture or water under the floor boards creating a safety hazard. Our relatives had the same issue. Changed our room and now we can’t get in. The app doesn’t work because they didn’t update the room. Never again.

For the price the hotel is decent. The rooms look nice and the hotel is modern but they lack certain features. The rooms don’t have microwaves, the hotel doesn’t include breakfast, and the hallways are a bit dark at night. The shower has a horrible design for keeping water in. No matter how you shower the water leaks out all over the floor. The hotel was just fine. Don’t think I’ll be staying at another aloft again.

I went to Aloft hotel with my family this weekend. The hotel was clean, confortable and cozy, but the most important was the people who work there. Barbara was amazing, giving us a warm welcome and helping us at anytime. for sure we will come back.

Modern chic hotel, near expressway for easy access, free parking, nice big pool, room was clean, modern and comfortable. Lobby super chic with a bar and a pool table, you can have your drink while playing pool , loved that. Very close to Dolphin Mall.

The people here are always great. Came in tonight at almost 1:00am. Ethan who checked me in made what started as a really horrible day into a smile. Needed some ice and Ethan went to Danny at the bar as he was closing out and bam I had ice. I have stayed here several times and Never a bad experience. Thanks Eathan!

The noisiest hotel ever I stayed in! Music from the Pool and Bar is too loud until 11 am and the music starts at 8 am again. The windows do not help at all not a place to rest after a long flight. Cleaning is not the best either.

I only stayed one night due to an airport delay (American Airlines) and even though it was an stressful night for multiple people and me, Ethan, at the from desk at 11pm was welcoming everybody with an smile and with the most incredible patience and empathy. When we left at 4am, he was still checking on us and making sure out night was more bearable, thank you! He is an amazing employee…
