This is a great shop. I always go to the dealer, but I got a repair estimate from them that included replacing a part that my normal maintenance shop had assured me was still good.
I wanted a second opinion, and All Import Tech (which worked on my domestic car) agreed it wasn’t necessary. They billed me for less than half the hours the dealer had estimated to do the repair. I will definitely go back for my next repair

Julio is probably the most honest mechanic in Miami. Prices are fair, and the work is exceptional. Don’t let the name “import” in the name fool you, he fixed my 20 year old Mustang that hadn’t ran in 2 years and got it running like new.

Took a car to All Import Tech for the first time. The cover underneath the car had been damaged/frayed by some road debris. The technicians took a look at the car and the owner Julio personally inspected it. They clamped down a few loose clamps and made sure the loose portion was no longer hanging. I was pleasantly surprised when Julio didn't charge us anything and insisted that it was no big deal.

Used to go here all the time, last time I needed bearings to be replaced, these people tried about 3 times and they could never get them right; they also changed one of the axles but when I drove the car back it was squealing horribly. The bearing noise never went away, finally after nearly $1000 spent, I went to an old man with good rep amongst family; the old man in one try changed the bearings with no problem and noise was completely gone. Julio lied to me multiple times saying that he tested the car and that it was good but when I asked him to ride with me he could not deny that the issue was still there. He just kept telling me to give it time and come back so that they could change something else the next time. It was crazy I felt like I was being pranked. I wasted multiple of my days off at all import trying to get something very simple done, each time it took them at least 4 hours to "finish" with my car. The guy has great costumer manners, makes you feel like "family" but he knows what he is doing, he has a business and will make sure to get as much money as he can. If you are truly a friend or family I am sure he will be more careful but if you are just a custumer you will be just rolling a die with him. Also the bearing job with the old man who is clearly a true professional was only about $300, at All Import: $850
Yes you reimbursed me as you should of, you also did not apologized, you said: (ITS Ok We Will get our money back one way or another), no apologies. You did lie, you said the car was fine because you tested it and it WAS NOT, YOU HOPED that I would't noticed that there was still an issue. To change other things at no charge was your decision, to this day I do not know for certain if the transmission fluid was truly changed or if you used actual Honda fluid, my transmission actually started acting up shortly after that. You guys should of realized right away your bearings were FAULTY.

Julio is the man. He was honest, fair, and professional. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs repair or service work. I was very impressed with how efficient and excellent the work was and he was very reasonably priced and extremely knowledgeable.
I would definitely go back.

In Miami it's impossible to find a REAL MECHANIC SHOP! I could tell you One still exist. These guys are hands down the best in the business.. They were so knowledgeable and friendly and most Importantly HONEST. They not only charged me half of what other shops were quoting but got me in and out same day.. you need anything done to your car and want a honest real mechanic shop to do it call Brian or Julio. These are my go to from now on. Trust me when i tell you that you won't regret it. Thank you so much all import for everything

I am not sure where the 5 star reviews are coming from. Gave car for service told me brakes are dead and need to immediately change them. Fast forward 1 week bought the OEM pads and rotors for 1000$ went to 2 separate mechanics and both confirmed rotors are perfect and pads have 30% life left. Seriously these guys cost me 1000$ and 4 hrs of my time. The restocking fee on the parts is 40%
