In July I was at the Adidas store in Dolphons mall. I bought a pair of white soccer shoes. Unfortunately, when I got home, I live in BRAZIL... I saw that inside the box there were two shoes of different sizes and both belong to the same foot!! . I understand that I can't do anything from Brazil, but I felt the need to write to you, to tell you how sad my daughter was when we discovered this problem and to leave you with the recommendation that your employees check the boxes before delivering them to your customers.

The team needs more coaching or training. They don’t really know how to help a client or resolve a customer issue. I went there to do an exchange for size and she did a full refund, and told me to order online again. I didn’t want my money back, only exchange and she didn’t know how to do that. I ask to speak with a manager, but looks they don’t have a manager there, then told me to call customer service. I’m not going to order again and really bad experience going there. They need more qualified staff.

I wanted to try golf shorts and the fitting rooms were “closed” because the manager said he needed to put boxes. There were a few boxes that could be easily moved to the side. After talking to 3 people who were supposed to be the manager, I called customer service and all they did was take my name and email. No attempt to ask the manager or nothing. It is too bad because I am a very loyal customer. After I went to the Nike store next door and bought the golf shorts there despite paying a little more

Awful service, this time, there were two girls taking care of customers, but they spent most of their time talking between them instead of doing their job and taking their sweet time with each customer, the line was long but they didn't care at all, when I told one of them that I wanted to return some shoes instead of doing so she charged me again, so I told her to pay attention and she started all over again. But service, not even the manager cares, he or she should have had somebody else there, not only those two girls

Terrible customer service, there was not even a greeting when paying or a thank you when finishing my purchase, while I was passing the products he kept murmuring with his partner, and he answered that it seemed like they were forcing him. He wore a bandana on his head “forced to do his job”
