Very good service and very good product quality, I am a regular customer and so far I have never received a bad service/product, I recommend calling or going to the place and ordering in advance to make custom orders and preferences.

This was the absolute worse choice I’ve ever made, these people singlehandedly ruined my anniversary surprise for my wife. It was supposed to go to her job between the hours of 3:00PM to 4:00PM. It got so bad they called her, ruined the surprise, and had to hunt her down at 6:30PM in the street to give her the flowers. Apart from that, I paid extra for a beautiful pink bow and balloon, the driver was so incompetent he let the balloon fly away and somehow lost the bow. WORST DECISION EVER, NEVER AGAIN. I ABSOLUTELY HATE AVA FLOWERS AND YOU SHOULD TOO

.I accidentally reversed the house numbers they said they were delivered, but there is no such house number. There is no way to contact them! I have tried both online and on the phone!! Very disappointed
