The place is amazing. Carolina attended us and we had such a lovely experience. She was so helpful and explained to us everything. She truly made us want to move into the apartments right away on top that the apartments are amazing and the amenity’s.

I was in between moving into Palma in Doral and other properties and it took one visit to be convinced. After I met Zadk Ureña who was my tour guide. He anticipated and answered all my questions professionally. He assured me if I ever needed anything he would help and that helped convince me to move in to Palma. I have zero regrets.

I don't like to highlight the negative aspects of our community, but this has already gotten out of control. Every day and at different times the pet of the residents of apartment 2-1501 urinates onto my balcony. I can't sit down because I'm afraid of urine getting on me and I don't have pets so I have to clean up other people's urine. The pet is not to blame for these incidents, their owners are responsible. I appreciate you taking immediate action regarding this scare. Thanks in advance.

Apart from the rent, it is the most expensive thing you can do for a single pool and thousands of people. Now the parking only has one entrance and exit door. All the parks below are for commercial parking. You even come with your food or something heavy and the work. What one passes to upload things I don't recommend it to anyone, terrible service, rightly thousands of people leaving the apartments, the mail is the size of the bathroom, rightly everything is lost

Building is nice, decent amenities but staffing is a joke. Elevators are consistently a problem - simply scroll and read the multitude of reviews. Front desk/Concierge is non existent - consistently have to be going up and down to get deliveries/family & friends/ also means no security….feel bad for employees, as this all falls on building management.
Update:
A fewer months later downgrading to 1 star… same story, same issues & same apology. We are lucky if we have 1 elevator working weekly.

It is a great building with beautiful views, has many great amenities and everyone always seems to be very nice making the environment very welcoming. It is wonderful to have cityplace near as well as downtown Doral with many choice for restaurants and stores.
Can definitely improve in a few things such as service after 4PM in the front desk and answering phone calls as well as when packages are being delivered maybe more clarification or direction of where to do so for others.
Residents here should be more careful with their pets since there is always an issue with urine in elevators/parking space.

It's a great place to live. Anabel from management and Yesenia on the front desk make a difference. However, as usual, some neighbors' behavior sometimes ruins the experience.

Palma doral is soo beautiful. I had a great time touring with Zadkiel. He showed us everything! Very friendly and knows his stuff. Thanks to him I will move forward with my application.
