“While vacationing in Destin, on April 20th, I popped in as a pair of boots caught my eye in the window. I was greeted by Selena and immediately served with the boots that caught my attention. HUGE kudos to Selena for exceptional customer service! She served with great integrity as another customer wanted the boots I was trying on and tried to encourage her to take them from me. Selena stood firm that it was first come, first serve. Also, shout out to TJ! He was so personable and talked me into buying a second pair of boots for my Nashville trip. I am 47 years old and would normally not shop in the Buckle. Needless to say, customer sure did not disappoint and I will be back!”

They’re having a 50% off sale and I couldn’t have found the items she did bc the store seemed picked over. MILAIDY (sp?) is a ROCK STAR and sent me home with every piece of clothing needed to start over with a classic lasting new closet of clothes that I feel and look great in!!! She worked several hours with me as she served others as well and I left there with sooo many great casual and business pieces - ALL FOR AROUND $400.00!!!!!!! Gotta love a 50% off sale with a smart stylish sales associate❣️‼️ I’m beyond satisfied”

“Łövé always the Clothes and Home goods. The Destin Store racks of women’s clothing definitely could be more organized. A lot of tops and sweaters were off hangers and all over the floor. One thing though, even though the lines were long for checkout. . . The cashiers moved quickly and were very friendly upon checking out!”

“Honestly, I haven't been to a store yet where the employees aren't helpful! All the other designer stores could take some training from this one. My daughter walked out with a brand of pants she's never tried and loved. The employees are always patient and ready to let her try on everything until she finds the perfect fit and style.”
“I love the White House Black market clothing! I got a great fit and lots of customer service. A lot of times if you find something you absolutely love and it's not in your size they can order it for you if you ask them to. They are very helpful when you're trying things on to bring you other sizes. Is excellent customer service here! The clothing is quality for what you pay for and it lasts! There is a handicapped entrance to the store. It is in the outside mall.”
“Bought my wife a new purse and wallet for her birthday, I snuck back around and bought it when she was inside another store and hid it in the truck and when we got back home I snuck it in the house and put it on the bed and ask her to get my drink out of the bedroom and she jumped and was all giggly and surprised. The prices are alot cheaper here than anywhere else that I have seen.”

“The customer service at the Destin White House Black Market store is exceptional and rare. They are so helpful, and yet not pushy at all. It's obvious what lovely people these folks are because of the wonderful atmosphere and genuine smiles each and every time I'm in there. What's not to smile about though when you get to present gorgeous/timeless fashion to your customers. This winter's collection is absolutely gorgeous and figure flattering as usual.
