I had visited this bank after leaving another, all I needed was a new bank account and the 2 working that day were awesome and got the request done without a problem will definitely enjoy going to this branch!

Save yourself the headache and drive to the SRB location. No one at this locations seems to know how to do their job efficiently. There will never be a "quick trip to the bank" here.

There were two people ahead of me (not to see a teller); I had to do a wire transfer. No one was around to help anyone when I first arrived. The teller told us to wait but no one was there. Then there was only one person working with 'other' customers and I believe she is the Manager. Waited over an hour just to be waited on. This is terrible customer service.

They work a skeleton crew so it doesn't matter if you stand in line in their lobby or you spend literally an hour wrapped around their tiny parking lot waiting for the drive thru, it will take you an eternity to get anything accomplished at this branch in a timely manner.

This bank is way too small for this town !!!! I waited long long line and only very few staff and this building is way too small. After hours of waiting, my situation had been unresolved. What a disappointment !!! For all this was wasted my time.

When I moved to this area 12 years ago, I banked with Wells Fargo as I had used them in Birmingham. I switched to Regions about 3 months after that due to the poor customer service at this location. I didn't leave a bad review then, I don't like leaving bad reviews. But they were rude to my mother this week. And I know this because I was with her. Poor customer service. I get that people have bad days, I work in customer service too. I get that everyone is under staffed, we're under staffed at my work. But if I spoke to someone the way my mother was spoken to, I would at the very least be written up. It really showed that my choice 12 years ago was the right one.
