Called all afternoon no answer. Called another branch and was told they have an internal number to call and he tried that number, again no answer. Why does this branch suck? Been with them since the Wachovia days, nice way to treat your customers.

Big shout out to Mark, I really wanted to give this bank a 1 star but Mark call me this morning and after my 3rd trip with the same documents that I had on the 1st and 2nd trip. I was wrongly inform both times in regards to changing the name on my business account just because she was being lazy or just don’t want to deal with me. Thanks again Mark

We needed a banker to help us with several things. We were treated excellent by all of the employees and the branch manager went above and beyond to help us. I wish our branch at home in Oxford, AL were this efficient and helpful!!!!

I am not a fan of this branch. I really don't understand why everything is so SLOW. when COVID was around we were not allowed inside which is understandable but now that COVID is gone and we are allowed inside, everything still moves at the pace of a snail. It seems like each bank teller takes at least 10 minutes with each customer. To put a cherry on top there is no way to avoid it. You either wait 40-50 minutes in a line inside or 40-50 minutes in a drive through line outside. Every time you get to the window they always greet you with a "We apologize for the wait." Are you really sorry? I doubt it, because if you were you would fix the damn wait times. It's ridiculous that I must wait this long to perform one action. Avoid this bank at all cost if possible. Trust me if I could I would.

The bank blames the labor shortages for it’s inadequacies but every other bank on the area in fully staffed. Can’t reach anyone on the phone at the location and don’t even have a banker. Mark used to be great. Can’t wait to close all my accounts after 12 years.

Always wait long time even it’s down time and no one wait inside. either walk in or drive thru at least 45 minutes wait. It would be nice if employees try to make it better.

The home mortgage process is a joke. Went through two individuals and two weeks with no prequal. The first guy just wanted to talk about himself and the troubles the bank was in. The second guy started off well but then he sent an email of when we could talk but the never did and wanted to argue that he was right when it was in writing. Spoke with a supervisor and he got the “best” agent they had. After two calls she finally said “it looks like it was approved by the first guy but I will call you if there is a problem.” We found a house so I emailed her making sure we were still ok and she sent “I was told you would call when you need me”. We decided to call to let her know we were making an offer but need a letter of the prequal. She said “oh, the other guy made a mistake and it was not approved.” We went to another bank and was approved in 30 minutes. We now have the house.

The bankers are friendly, the drive through banker especially awesome on 4/21/21 with processing my transaction quickly; I walked in and she was able to work with me and drive through customers. However, the wait time was a little much and led to a slow line. There were plenty of people in the building to help but they must have been too busy to help walk-ins. Prepare for a long wait and if you have to be somewhere else, build extra time into doing business there.

I've been with Wells Fargo since Wachovia Bank was purchased. Never really had issues with them,but their ATM is their problem. Always over the weekend is shut down,either no cash,either can't deposit either something else. Yes,you have lots of tourist visiting, yes you have lots of clients in Destin. FIX IT!!! GET SECOND ATM.It's been for years! Can you Fix it?

Wells Fargo at the West Destin location apparently DO NOT NEED NEW CUSTOMERS! They are too busy to help anyone with anything. They take a couple of weeks to have an appointment available. And my poor daughter waited in line to say she was here for her appointment, but they said she was too late, 15 minute window only. No exceptions. Two people in line. But she was in line 10 minutes. She is young, only 18. I bet if an older adult had been the customer, they would have been served. Rude, unhelpful, completely unprofessional. Do not give them your business.

I was contacted by district manager with Wells by phone to address my issues with the Destin branch. Time will tell if any changes are made but I did appreciate her reaching out to me personally, instead of just receiving an empty corporate apology by email.

I don’t understand what’s wrong with this branch. And why they can not operate efficiently.I’ve been to this branch 5 times. Each time it has taken me at least 30 minutes OR MORE!!!! to get MY money from my bank account.The ATM is broken more then it’s working.And we’re now in the digital age where they wanna do everything with the atm.Yet the atm is NEVER workingAnd most people don’t have an hour to walk inside to take money from their account.I rarely take the time to write a review or complain.But I’ve been to several other Wells Fargo branches all over the state of Florida. Where even with 5 people in line. You’re able to get out within 5-10 minutes.I don’t understand what’s wrong with this one.This branch is terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I get the whole take the time to help the customer. But 98% of the time. Helping the customer make a relatively quick transaction would be most helpful.
