I was on vacation and forgot all five of my medications 12 hours away at home. The pharmacy department was extremely helpful. They made several calls to my insurance company to fix the situation. Once resolved, they did not have enough of one particular prescription. The pharmacy tech went to another store and picked up enough to fill the prescription. Outside of the pharmacy department, clerks were circulating the store asking to assist customers. This was truly a top notch experience.

I don't know what everyone else is complaining about. I interacted with 4 different workers and they were all incredibly helpful. Great experience

The people working the pharmacy were the rudest people I have ever met. Completely dismissed us and disrespected us in front of our faces. I would recommend going somewhere completely different unless you want to be yelled at.

This Walgreens customer service is SO POOR it’s ridiculous . Line was long had to ask a girl whose name was Sierra to check out she said she’d help him get the line down . She literally rang up ONE PERSON the guy was still moving slow and she walked off didn’t even finish “helping” get the line down . Some lady Monica i read her name badge and it said SHIFT LEAD came and said she’d ring me up i asked her the girls name which she gave to me also stated i had a poor experience with the sierra girl and she completely ignored me . Asked for my receipt so i could make a complaint she just gave it to me and walked off . I mean really disregarded EVERYTHING . I see why they have 2.2 stars they don’t even deserve that .

I don’t recommend anyone using them to fill prescriptions… they bounce you from store to store because no one actually knows anything. First time using them and will never be using them again. Save your self the headache!

The manager and person manning the front check out this afternoon were both extremely helpful and professional. They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and happy. I was appreciative and impressed with how nice they were.

Today I went to the Walgreens at 34909 Emerald Cost Parkway in Destin Florida. I purchased $94 worth of merchandise. The register did not print out a receipt so I left. When I got home I opened a bag of candy, then noticed the candy had an expiration date of 9-2023. I returned to the store within a half hour and informed the clerk that rang up my purchase of the problem. She looked at the opened bag of individually wrapped mini candies and went to another clerk. They spoke with other and the second clerk came over and told me I needed a receipt. I informed her of the transaction and she continued with "I needed a receipt". I'm becoming a little agitated over the fact I needed a receipt. She went to the third clerk and again I needed a receipt. Now I'm really agitate. The manger came over and started telling me that I was yelling at her employee. I was not yelling, and I told her if she wanted to hear yell I'd show her what yelling is. After almost one hour I finally received my refund. No apology for having outdated produce on the shelf or the the fact I wasted over an hour by the time I returned home. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS WALLGREEN AGAIN. THE MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED.

Omg. Called and was on hold for two hours. Started at 5 people before me…decided to drive there and there’s the pharmacist and one other person. Noone in line two cars in drive thru. Nobody is answering or going to answer. Was helped immediately in person. Don’t call , go in.

Store hours are incorrect, staff is rude, and this goes for ALL Walgreens, if there is a sale price posted, you shouldn't have to download an app to receive the highly promoted reduced price. It's misleading.
