The problem with our service is not the on-site personnel at the Destin P.O. It's the delivery drivers not delivering to the correct addresses. I can only speak about the Indian Bayou neighborhood because that's where I reside and experience the problems. That being said, it's not all the time, however, it's more often than needs to be! I hope the postmaster gets some more help and fast! The holidays are fast approaching.

Horrible just horrible, if I could do 0 I would. I ordered first aid military kit for my dad, he is at war right now, so I needed it fast, but what delivery driver did, he apparently couldn’t search a little bit longer for an address and just sent it back to the company. Well that’s just horrible guys, someone’s life depended on this and you just sent it back because you were too lazy to look for the address. Didn’t have issues before but that’s what you did is insane, hope you gonna get in my shoes one day and feel how it is !!!!

For a post office I found them to be fast and friendly. I had issues with my mail being delayed and got a response same day by a real person.

This is a highly over burdened Post Office but the staff is always friendly and efficient and take their time with everyone. I have only had 1 package in over 27 years go missing and I ship a lot. Yes it's messy, but when they open in the morning it is clean. It is the customers that make the mess. We are a small town the swells with tourists and they use the PO a lot. My recommendation - If you ship a lot, buy your postage online to save time.

Great spot. Super friendly staff! All the complaints are just people who don't appreciate someone else working on their behalf to send packages cheaply anywhere in the world. USPS is usually cheaper than other shipping services too. Don't believe all the bad reviews from people with nothing better to do than complain online about having to wait ten minutes.
